Outdated & seemingly abandoned by dev
Over a year since last app update and the website hasn’t seen any changes since 2019… Unless a manufacturer of a particular product is mandating you use this I imagine you’ll have much better luck achieving the same or better using a Google Sheet or your phone’s notes.
First time I needed it, failure
Just downloaded this app about 8 months ago when it was referenced by a card that came with the packaging of what I bought. I thought maybe that was smart, having an app to keep product info and registration and dates handy. I registered my Cuisinart dutch ovens. Now both of them that I had gotten brand new have the ceramic coating chipping off and I’ve only used them like 10 times each. I said welp, I better get that registration info bc it should still be under warranty. I open my app and see the cuisinart items pictured but they disappeared immediately. Now no matter what I try, log out and log in… can’t find anything I registered. empty list. But where it tells you what percentage of your house is registered, it says 3% and I see cuisinart referenced there but nothing to click through to any more info about it. THANKS A LOT.

It Could Be So Good!…So Unfortunate!!
This app could be SO GOOD and helpful, but there are a lot kinks that need worked out. Unfortunately, their customer service is not helpful. I tried contacting them about an item that I manually added not showing on the Home Screen and they were just rude, unhelpful, and did not understand the issue correctly. It’s sad, because this app could be so very useful! But they don’t even update it regularly. The last update was over a year ago! Sad!!

Product name takes place of model number
Enter model number but when saved, model number is always replaced with product name.
And the proof of purchase pic is always missing.

Can’t signup
Cannot signup. It says phone number is taken. Then I go to login and it says no account exists. No other option. Stuck
Great idea! Poor execution
The app does not detect the Photoregister image. Even when all info is manually input, I repeatedly get “user create error.” I downloaded this a year ago. Used it once successfully, I think. But track record is now 50%. That’s an F. Uninstalling.
Delete b4 start
Downloaded app and would not let me get any further than street address. A sign not to use this app. After numerous attempts gave up and uninstalled.
Unusable
It errors every time you try to enter your address. If you don’t have your address in you can’t use the app. It’s useless.
Error message
When ever I try to register a product I get an error message & I just keep going round & round with it saying the same thing
Can’t add anything
After I registered a Philips product on their website, I was directed to use this app. When I went to add the Philips product, that brand isn’t one of their choices in their list. So I tried to add through the bar code feature and it led me to add my address. After I typed in the address and hit submit, it gave an error code like another reviewer experienced. So I can not add anything to this app. On a good note, it already had a couple of products that a company must have added for me from a previous purchase?

Says it will send an email with a code but doesn’t. Keep clicking resend and still nothing. Big waste of my time.

I’m unable to register any products because I need an address. When I try and add an address I get “An error occurred. Something went wrong”.

Great app if you want to register your products 10/10 highly recommended!!
Horrible app
This app is incredibly buggy. Forget trying to use your phone’s camera to scan their code as it’s so incredibly sensitive & slow that if you move your hands even slightly the registration doesn’t occur.
I tried registering my device with the appropriate serial number and model of the device and the app simply says there’s an “invalid account_name/brand_name mismatch” although it’s perfectly aligned.
This app is a waste of space and time.

If the app has a 2.4 rating imagine there products that are being sold, Stay away from this app and email Philips about this app, I’ve tried verifying my email address but unable to. This app needs more work but I see the 2.4 rating says everything I need to know.

We apologize for the frustrating experience you encountered while signing up. Could you please update to the latest v2.2 version (which was released last night) of the app, re-launch the app and retry? The other thing to check would be to see if the email verification code somehow got stuck in your email spam folders.
Does not sync
The app idea is great and very convenient but there seems to be a disconnect when it confirms on the product’s site the item has been registered and will appear with the register app. It does not appear in the register app. I have to manually enter it again on the app. Please look into this.

The app won’t accept the four digit code to login. Worthless.
