Account signup broken

Nobody can create accounts, there’s just a generic “something went wrong” error. Seems to have been like this for days.

My experience with this workspace provider was disappointing.

Charges You Late Fees When Their App is Messed Up

Since January my credit card has been in a queue, and every month I get charged late fees after being told that NEXT month it will be fixed. This same song & dance has been going on for 6 months and I've been charged hundreds in late fees. Customer service just routes me around and around in a circle and nobody wants to take accountability. I won't be renewing my agreement because I can't get into my office because it won't take my payment and they won't fix it or reimburse me.

Opening doors

Recent update increased amount of time it takes for doors to open and is often failing to open doors entirely

Unusable app with zero human support

The app is completely broken and full of glitches. I have been trying to reserve a workspace, but the system constantly errors out and will not let me complete any bookings. To make matters worse, there is no phone number or customer service line to call for help. The only support option available is an AI chatbot that cannot fix technical issues and keeps repeating the same useless steps. If you actually need to book space for business, do not rely on this app.

Using the digital key is now painfully slow

What gives? I use this every day. I don’t need instructions each time. Also it loads much slower than it used to. It’s like no one on product or engineering actually uses the app as a digital key. Thanks. Fellow product manager.

They Sell Your Data

Giving 2 starts because it does exactly what it says it does but they defiantly sell your data. I got a massive influx of spam calls the minute I signed up

Ridiculous hidden fees

Went to reserve a desk for the day and was told it would cost $61.88 - got to the checkout and they literally doubled the price because of “out of hours fee”. So slimy. Just give the cost upfront and don’t try to hustle people out of money.

Scam company!

Stay away from this company. This the most worst business practice ever. They charge me $205 for a virtual office that I couldn’t use because the state of Virginia of commission couldn’t recognize their office address. I cancelled the service right away and I tried to cancel the account and remove my debit card but I couldn’t because you most add a new card for payment and then you can remove one they make you to keep a payment method, they won’t allow you to remove your debit card. I requested a full refund. It’s been a month and I only received couple emails “sorry we couldn’t find your account”. Of course they know my account I sent them my phone number and email. I tried to contact them multiple times and even I sent en email to the CEO as well as a CC. Now I have a balance of $95, they are charging me for a service that I couldn’t use. Make you a favor, stay away from this company.

Never can login

Do not ever sign up for this predators, you wont be able to cancel and they keep charging

Avoid Regus (IWG) at all costs – Extremely poor customer service and predatory billing practicesI strongly recommend that everyone stays far away from Regus and IWG plc.Their customer service is consistently poor and often completely unresponsive when you try to resolve issues. As soon as any payment is late or disputed, they turn extremely aggressive with collections and escalate very quickly.The billing practices are especially unfair and misleading:They charge your payment in the middle of the month, but still count the period as starting from the 1st. This means when you cancel a month-to-month agreement, you end up overpaying for a full month you never use.
Every month they quietly add small extra amounts to your balance, slowly increasing your total cost without proper explanation.
Getting your security deposit (retainer) back is almost impossible, even if you’ve met all the conditions.
After you leave, they often hit you with large, unreasonable cleaning or restoration fees that are poorly explained and rarely itemized.

To make matters worse, they send your information to debt collectors almost immediately — even when the charges are disputed.Do not use Regus. The combination of terrible service, sneaky and aggressive billing tactics, and the extreme difficulty of getting your money back makes them a nightmare for small businesses and individuals alike. There are much better flexible workspace options available.

Impossible to log in

Access via the App doesn’t work since this morning dur to some « General Update » ongoing. Locked out as not possible to open the doors 👎😡

Tedious

Technically works, but needs updates to make booking easier. When booking an office, it defaults to 1 hour. It should remember my prior booking and offer to replicate, or, allow me to quickly book for the full day.

I couldn’t used the virtual office. Bad service bad customer service

Make you a favor. Please stay away from this company. Bad business practices. Bad customer service. I paid for virtual office and I couldn’t used it. Things didn’t work. Even I can get in touch with customer service. I could use the virtual office any single day and they charged $204

Limited options

Here in Orange County California. The office is only open from 830 to 5 and you’re gonna pay on average for $15-$25 for parking.

Other than that, it’s a decent work space.

Just OK. Has flaws

The app is OK but has a few flaws, specifically there’s no way to easily copy the booking ID to add to the captive portal so you have to write it down in some way separately which is a bad workflow. They should add a copy button so it can be easily copied so the user can easily paste it into the captive portal pop up. What they have now is just bad design/user experience.

Changed for the worse

The latest update managed to both introduce technical issues and make the UI significantly worse.

Legit, nothing works

Haven’t been able to get a Wi-Fi code in days. Says I need to add a payment method, but won’t let me add a payment method.
