Very bad delivery and return system
Takes a very long time to arrive, the same order arrived in two different days about a week apart. I had to return both because of damage and size issues. It’s been over 40 days and I haven’t received my refund. I am never ordering again

Great quality clothing with a premium feel. The fit runs slightly larger than expected, so keep that in mind when ordering. My only disappointment is having to pay for both shipping and returns.

Schlechter Kontakt, kann meine Ware nicht zurücksenden, da der Vorgang in der App nicht geschlossen wurde.
Anruf und Mail das Anliegen wurde nicht beantwortet und ich kann weiterhin die Ware nicht zurücksenden, kein toller Service! Mal sehen ob ich mein Geld noch zurückbekomme, die Rückgabefristdn laufen ja weiterhin! Also vorsichtig hier bei der Bestellung

Great tech and process
Easy to order and to return using Next who simply scan bar codes for pick up or return. No dramas.

- Can’t properly filter by size, still retrieves irrelevant sizes or out of stock items
- can’t click on the item in the basket to access its page; nor can I add an item to a wishlist from the basket. Meaning if I need to check something one more time before completing my purchase, I’d have to search for the item by its name and even then it doesn’t show up sometimes.
- during the sale period, when I add a size to my basket, it shows as sold out sometimes even though the page of the items still shows available stock.

Needs several updates
Needs updates at checkout , final check of bill before you pay , possibility to check the items again in your cart , if you press the items that you have in the cart , the add do not appear .
Just do you can double check what you have in the cart .
As it is now you need to go back to shopping and pull up the listing again, and in my case take screen shots of item and then compare the pictures price with the checkout baskets mini pictures, too time consuming .
