Easy to order and to return using Next who simply scan bar codes for pick up or return. No dramas.
Terrible App
- Can’t properly filter by size, still retrieves irrelevant sizes or out of stock items
- can’t click on the item in the basket to access its page; nor can I add an item to a wishlist from the basket. Meaning if I need to check something one more time before completing my purchase, I’d have to search for the item by its name and even then it doesn’t show up sometimes.
- during the sale period, when I add a size to my basket, it shows as sold out sometimes even though the page of the items still shows available stock.

I have a lot of Reiss clothes. They are well tailored, good quality fabrics and reasonably priced.
Needs several updates
Needs updates at checkout , final check of bill before you pay , possibility to check the items again in your cart , if you press the items that you have in the cart , the add do not appear .
Just do you can double check what you have in the cart .
As it is now you need to go back to shopping and pull up the listing again, and in my case take screen shots of item and then compare the pictures price with the checkout baskets mini pictures, too time consuming .

App seems alright but once stuff is in the basket you can’t click on the product to see the pics and details again, bit annoying when trying to review what you’ve added

The clothes are fab, but sizes
Love Reid’s style and have bought tons over the years. Just would appreciate more online info on what works best for tall ladies. Inside leg measurements , whether model is wearing standard leg length,etc. sometimes very difficult getting the fit right
