Landscape mode is missing
I use my iPad to print labels using the app. It works pretty well but it is not compatible with horizontal orientation. I use a Magic Keyboard, so the forced vertical orientation of the app is pretty annoying.
Rudimentary at best.
Can't access photos from the photo library. Can only access files from the iCloud Drive. That's a bit silly.

Just got this printer for Christmas and was able to set it up and print a label with this app in less than 10 minutes
It worked great but now Bluetooth won’t stay connected

i use this app for Depop, everyime i need to print a shipping label, this app is easy to use. people who cant get it to work should read the instructions. works very well and quite self explanatory.
I dont understand the negative reviews
I’m sorry, but the people that have reviewed this so poorly must not be very good with technology. I myself am not good with technology, but this app works perfectly along with the printer. You plug the printer in, turn it on, open your app, and Bluetooth connect to the printer very simply through the app. It works every single time, and I would highly recommend getting this printer and the app.

Does NOT work at all!
How are we supposed to use the printer if the app doesn’t work?
I tried everything, downloaded on 2 different devices and still doesn’t work. The printer doesn’t work not even plugged directly with the device. Does NOT connect to bluetooth or wifi.

Very Glitchy
Needs major attention maybe even a complete redesign. App struggles to connect to printer out of the box and constantly crashed the app when I hit “print”. If you haven’t unboxed your printer too far return and get a more reliable brand. Just my 2c
