I Had citi bike in New York but like these even more. The baskets on the front and the fact you can leave them anywhere.
Changed my commute and evening life
Suddenly Prague is so much more accessible - commuting to work and returning from pubs at odd hours became so much more convenient. Also, it’s free if you have a Multisport card
Poor iOS integration
No Apple Pay, no card auto-fill, no Apple ID, no SMS code auto-fill, mapping from Google. Strange onboarding switching between different visual styles. The first steps should be polished, seamless and “scream” that you care about me. I don’t see it in this app. This app is basically saying that you’re competing on price and all else is secondary (privacy, quality of experience). Which is fine, but it seems to me you’re not even following Apple’s guidelines around such topics.

1, Since last update with the names of the bike, either my phone screen is so small or it happens to other phones as well that it doesn’t show up how long I have been riding.
2, And upon that it doesn’t remind you that you have 15 minutes left anymore if you are using multi sport card.
3, very often that I walked like 5 minutes to the bike and when I tried to rent the bike, it says it’s not rentable cause it needs maintenance. Why don’t you hide those kind of bikes from the app so people can find bikes that actually can be rent?

Very nice biking along the Vltava. It would be ideal with Multisport to ride for two hours straight.

Hi, Micky, sorry for late response. It is not true that you have to use czech phone number. You just need to input the international prefix to the number you are using. Thanks for understanding!

Buggy, can not keep user logged in. Poor GUI, slow and out of high iOS expectations.
