Bring back the old one. Search function horrible. Planning a tour, good luck in finding the R & C’s nearby. What were you thinking?

I’ve never seen an app for hotels that is so completely unusable. What were they thinking? Bring back the old version!

I can’t look up anything
The app is getting on my nerves. I have tried to reinstall it, yet nothing happens. It keeps crashing at soon as I look up for an hotel whether by destination or name or map. It’s utterly annoying. I have an iPhone 14
Failed to load data
Keep getting warning failed to load data please try again so I uninstalled the app and reloaded and tried to sign in, same message appears such a shame as it was a good app and I’m about to book an R&C resort.
Never update my profile neither respond to messages
Continuous bugs and issues. Not user friendly at all. Difficult to guess where your stays are archived because neither in past bookings nor what they call “My passport” update the information. I’ve tried to contact by email a few times and never got a respond.
Quite disappointed as I’ve been staying in a hotel almost every month for the last 12 months and now the APP also stop working completely.

Rarely works and particularly crashes often if on particular hotels. Unreliable … useless
Ps you have numerous recent reviews telling you about the crashing and the app being unreliable … this means it is happening across multiple devices and operating systems! This goes back well over a year! Sort it out please. For a quality brand this is extraordinary and diminishes your gravitas

Good app but wrong travel dates
The app is good. Lots of features. But it constantly shows the wrong dates for my reservation.
Love the hotels but hate the App!!
The most wonderful interesting hotels globally but the app for R&C is so substandard that it just doesn’t make sense. Please please fix your app so it doesn’t constantly crash!! Extremely frustrating to use. Calling seems to be the only way to book. Never R&C agents available, though. Sometimes I want to give up and try another hotel

Crashes every time
Having read the reviews, it appears the app used to work well. Now it crashes time after time. I guess they’ve stopped developing it. Certainly there hasn’t been an update for some time. Shame.
International transfer
For two days in a row I have attempts to make an International transfer of $2500 only to get the error message "Something went wrong. Try again later"

When it works, it is fine - especially if you know where you want to up front. But looking at different properties frequently results in a crash on my iPad. In fact, I have had to reboot my device to get the app to not spontaneously close. It has even failed in the middle of booking a room.

This app used to work great and has been used to find great hotels. Lately the app gets error messages all the time. It is also extremely slow to operate. Pity that the hotels in the chain hve lost so many hotel nights from us in the last month
