I like that everything is in one place and the quick action buttons make it easy to pay rent or submit a service request. The first you section is cool it’s picks events I might want to attend so I do t miss anything.
Can’t open the app
Latest version is not opening, even after re-installing
App sometimes won’t Load
This app can really be frustrating trying to pay bills on time and it won’t load ..horrible need to fix this not fair we are forced to use this !!
Event sign-ups are so convenient
For me, rSVP'd to the building's wine night straight from the app. Met some great neighbors I never would have otherwise. Worth every tap.

disconnects, they randomly wont work, cant check my bills or rent statement, a horrible experience
Why is it so complicated to pay rent
I don’t want ads for a Mr beast contest or have to go through a bilt credit card I just want to link my bank account and pay my rent why is this so hard
Doesn’t do much
The old app allowed you to connect to thermostat and Lutron lights in apartment.now we can’t see the building events & schedule of events. I get the building is trying to push community on the app but all the neighbors communicate on WhatsApp group chat which is easier. I think the app needs to push convenience as we spend more of our life living in our homes then worried about connecting with neighbors. So it should be a home first app and social app last. Not the other way around. Meet the neighbors shouldn’t be the first thing on the HOME screen. Everything about your home should. ie: Lutron light control, thermostat, laundry integration, Events in the building. :)
