This app was able to replace our use of many comms platforms like WhatsApp all into one! Especially useful when combined into relay devices.

Hello I have multiple businesses cleaning service,transportation service,tow truck service it would great for a person labeled as a supervisor to be able to hear all channels instead of being locked in on one this will make it 100% perfect for me besides that I still recommend this product & service

Notifications

If you turn notifications off it BEGS YOU every single time you open the app to turn them on AND the app barely works after you hit no, slow to load in. This is no different than the other corporate bloatware you already use.

This was horrible DONT get it😡

I was trying to put the password in and it kept telling me to do it again and it keeps sending you to the email that YOU ALREADY DID and it’s horrible it’s a scam dont get it. Horrible

We used Motorola Radio before transitioning to
Relay Communications-radios which has transformed the communication with our staff and security officers. It is the most convenient way and offers next generation security for our security, staff and management staff.

Amazing service but could be better

With technology growing as fast as it is this is amazing app and service to be provided for my hotel. I think that if some more time in making the app more accessible on other platforms I.e Apple Watch this would be a complete game changer. I see a lot of potential in this company and very hopeful for the future

Great devices, highly recommend for hotel communications

Please add a button in the Relay app to toggle on / off an “On Duty” function. It’s disturbing to leave the hotel, and have a call between associates on property come through. Even closing all the way out of the app does not stop this. Only doing a “sign out” seems to work. The flip side is that it takes a while to get logged back in while it authenticates. If I need to make an immediate call to someone, that is disruptive. 30 seconds or a minute may not be a lot to log in, but in our world- it can be the difference between ok service and great service. Thanks for listening. Would definitely recommend this though!!!
