Possibly the worst app on my phone

Slow with constant crashes. Can’t search old tickets, barely able to show new tickets. I don’t know how businesses pay for this garbage

Terrible, slow and glitchy

Always glitches every few seconds. Constantly need to log out and log back in to reset it so I can see all the menu options displayed.

App is glitchy. Have to repeatedly try to add photos to work ticket.
Search for past ticket is overly complicated. Old style(Alice Staff) is better. But not by much.
Would not recommend.
