Please Update

It’s impossible to easily see which parking spots are open to residents - you instantly get an error message but then you have manually click through each time (hour by hour) to select a time (if it’s available).

No sugar coat

App is mid, communication is trash, take it or leave it.

App is non-functioning

This godforsaken app is slower than molasses in the wintertime, and has not been fixed in ages. Absolutely unacceptable.

Inconvenient

I am constantly logged out of the app every time I am load it up. And am not able to order visitor passes because of an issue with how my parking space is labeled due to an error on Reliant’s end. I called to get support and kept having to repeat the issue, I was told I would be given a courtesy parking pass and to call in later, but when I did I was told it would take 24-48hrs to approve

Terrible

App never works. Total garbage.

Unprofessional agents. Difficult to do anything.

Ive been trying for 4 months to get a parking permit. The first time it never showed up in the mail so i reached put and they said i had to upload my insurance and registration. I upload all them and i get denied. They said because its my car but the account is under my husbands name i need to upload the leasing agreement to prove that im a lease holder. I do that and i get denied again. This time im confused cause ive uploaded everything they asked. I talk to the chat agent again and they said i need to upload my insurance even though i already did and i tell them that and they said they can find my name and i have to reach out to my apartment complex. I ask if i change the accounts name to reflect my information if i will get approved they said i need to talk to the apartment complex and end the chat. I update the information anyway to show my name on the account and try talking to an agent again and they keep immediately ending the chat or saying no one is available which is crazy as they advertise 24/7 help so i email them and again they tell me i need to upload insurance and i tell them i did and if i needed to highlight my name on all the documents cause they aren’t looking at them and at this point ive paid for two parking permits i haven’t received which is about 50 dollars. i finally get approved. It is ridiculous how much it takes to get a parking permit that is required to have. And the chat agents being unprofessional and refusing to help me is also why this app is unreliable.

Frustrating and unreliable app – permit applications disappear

I’ve been trying repeatedly to apply/renew my parking permit through the Reliant Parking Residents app, but it keeps saying I ‘haven’t applied’ even after I complete the form, upload my documents, and click to submit/order. The loading wheel spins forever with no confirmation, and there’s no record of my attempt on the backend. This has happened multiple times now, and it risks my car getting towed despite my good-faith efforts.
Guest permits sometimes work when the app cooperates, but overall the resident side feels glitchy and poorly tested. Support is slow to resolve backend issues, and property management has to step in every time.
The management tools seem fine for the leasing office, but as a resident this is stressful and time-consuming. Please fix the submission/confirmation process and make it actually reliable. Other parking apps handle virtual permits and plate-based validation much more smoothly

Terrible UI, barely functions

The UI is ugly and the menu barely functions.

I don’t know why they make you pay.

I don’t know what they make you pay when the apartment doesn’t even have any parking 75% of the people that live there they don’t have the sticker.

Basura

Lástima que algunas administraciones las usen, el soporte en línea es pésimo, más te ayuda un vaso sin agua que los de customer service.. gastas dinero y esa app nunca funciona

UI/UX design is a disaster

I have never seen a commercialized,f customer oriented app that has worse designs. Visual elements are overlapping and inconsistently and improperly laid out. The color palette and fonts are an abomination. My course projects in college looked better than this app. They should consider hiring a professional frontend engineer AND an actual designer, or at least google the Human Interface Guidelines or the Material 3 Guidelines.

Pointless

I already pay thousands of dollars a year for my parking spot then they want me to pay again to use this app to register my car? No way. Absolutely pointless

The more you use It the more you have to pay for passes

I don’t understand how when you get to a certain amount of parking passes left they charge you $20. It’s insane to me

Worst App Ever

Trash, buggy, faulty

Keep singing out

Honestly it is a bad bad app, keeps throwing me out even my face id is saved

Have to re enter info

Allow us to see old history up to like like five months or something so I can reorder guest passes why would we have to re enter information every time for someone because we can only see the last three passes

Rarely functions

I have to use this app to assign guest parking, which would be nice to do, but the app never works when I need to log in. Whenever I attempt to log in (9/10 times), I am met with an error message that my phone is not connected to wifi (which is certainly is). I think I got lucky the single time I have been able to log in. Very frustrating app to work with.

Bare bones app you have to use as a resident

Poor communication and messaging. For example, not clear what forms of payment they accept. You have to enter incorrectly and figure out on your own it isn’t accepted.

They do not accept Apple Pay nor do they have their app optimized to recognize fields to allow for AutoFill to work.

I use this app once a year and every time I wonder if it’s better to chance my property doesn’t look at the sticker than go through this experience.

No internet error

Worst app. They ask me to upload a document and when I try to do so I get the the no internet error. My mobile data and wifi are both working but still get the error.

Love it

I love the app very easy and efficient . I’ve been using it for two years now. Renewals and instant permits are easy to obtain
