Disappointing direction

Well it was cool til it decided to do a forced subscription as if we didn't have enough of those already. Most people don't make money off social media for this app to be charging so much a month specially when now you force yourself to be compared to other apps due to a subscription and you come to realize this app is practically the weakest one

Been a Supporter

So, I have watched the Rella app both develop and progress.
It has always been an inconsistent app.
It’s always lagged, but I’ve always supported because the owner has been pretty transparent with her journey.
NOW she is charging MINIMALLY $20/month for a membership.
I now have to go back to using multiple apps (I already was because i couldn’t really truly depend on Rella)

Rella is like that app you have that you hope gets it together one day.
I am SHOCKED at the price point, i have no idea who told the owner this was a good idea. People aren’t stupid. The app needs to be 1.99/month to start.

There are also no influencers (besides the owner) that use the app.
If more people showed it worked for them, it’d be worth the price point. It’s just the owner promoting her hobby at this point. She mentioned she now has a full time job. Then why are we footing the bill for you silly little app?

Terrible business decision.

Linking Accounts

Before I realized I could only link one account per social media platform. I linked one of my accounts for Instagram, and no I cannot remove it to add my other account instead. I’ve deleted the app and deleted my account and it still won’t unlink the wrong account

Not that bad actually really helpful

I think it’s a good app really useful for content creators maybe start small ads to really make it big.
Maybe add a feature where you can collaborate with content creators and set goals with each other. Or when someone doesn’t reach their goals you can recommend som ways to improve or some strategies idk….. I just really like this app.

User friendly

I love this app! Used a lot of stuff like notion , later and hootsuite in the past and was to confused with the user experience. I love this app! Makes it easy for me to plan content.

I wanna love it

I think the app has such great potential.
One thing i ve noticed is there’s no where to take notes and or brainstorm and that all creators do.

Logging in on both my iPads and laptop has been extremely stressful.I have followed the journey of the owner of the app and believe she is trying her best! The app just needs a bit more but i can see it bein gTHE app for this kind of thing soon.

Issue’s immediately when downloading i can’t delete the app and change the email i’m signing up no matter what i do so i guess i’ll never know how the app works.

Hard to log in

Sometimes it won’t let me log in the computer. I did it on my phone and it worked. But it just doesn’t work on the computer bummer

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT? BUG?

I’m trying to upgrade my acct for more workspaces but neither the app or site are allowing me to do that. Is this a bug?

Great App but needs work

I usually don’t leave reviews, but because I truly believe this app has great potential, I will leave this one.

- The interface needs to be updated to look more inviting to the users.
- Links don’t work properly. It took me forever to link all of my accounts, and I’m still having issues.
- App needs to be more compatible with other platforms to avoid extra time logging in.

Overall, the app is good. Just needs a few updates and I will definitely give it 5 stars. :)

Pretty cool app (feature change request)

This app is pretty cool it basically manages your social media for you. The only thing I really need the developers to add is either a profile switch feature between different accounts or the option to manage multiple Instagram accounts under one calendar like Canva.

Can’t unlink wrong account

Tried this app for a total of an hour and a half. Went to link my accounts, which took a whole 5 minutes. The rest of my time on the app was me trying to unlink the wrong TikTok account, which Rella made a weird account when I used my Facebook page to log in. Now there’s a account out there linked to Rella and my actual account is unable to connect due to this random acct being linked to my personal Facebook page, with NO WAY OF DELETING???? Actual trash of an app now hootsuite is getting my money. Good job guys.

Great start, but not there for big use

Overall, super easy to use and intuitive. At first, it seemed like a perfect solution for our content planning and management. However, I want to create a content calendar a year at a time, and this only lets me go a couple months at a time, before saying it’s “too far in the future.” Sure, I could save a draft, but I want the post associated with a day, i.e. on the calendar, so when I hand this off to someone there’s no question what goes when.

It would also be incredibly helpful to let us choose media from more than our camera roll. Posting from Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, or any other storage server like that would be incredibly helpful, keeping “work” from “private” photos.

This app was almost perfect

I’ll create a post put it in the calendar and it will not post automatically it makes me post manually which makes the app completely useless and worrisome why I connected all my social media in the first place

We want to help you have the best experience possible with Rella so here are some tips to help you use the app in its fullest capacity: ** Not all social API's allow automatic posting ** - You are only allowed to auto post to Instagram with a single post (carousels coming soon). - In order to automatically post to Instagram you need to have a Instagram business account connected to a Facebook page. - If you are not connected to an Instagram business account that is linked to a Facebook page the app will not let you auto post. - The other platforms are connected to allow you to see their feeds or make goals where we can help make automatic ones if connected. Rella makes scheduling content easy

Since Rella’s launch I’ve been able to schedule posts across my Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok accounts. The app has an excellent UI and I’m excited for new features to launch

Intuitive

Rella is the best tool I have found for managing my content. This tool saves me so much time and helps me keep my brand details and deliverables in order. I am able to charge more as an influencer after learning contract building and business management from Rella.

Good concept but way too many bugs

I love the idea for Rella and all of its features.

However, there are so many glitches and bugs that there’s basically no reason to even use it. It mixes up the dates you’ve set in the calendar, meaning that it’s basically useless. The feed option simply doesn’t work, even if you refresh over and over. I’d love to use this app, but it simply isn’t executed well.
