Excellent Tool for Field Service
I've been using the Rely Home app for several months now as a contractor, and it's honestly one of the best service management apps I've tried. The interface is super intuitive and easy to navigate, even when I'm on-site and in a rush. Accepting new jobs is instant, and I can manage my entire schedule right from my iPhone without needing to log into a separate portal.Submitting diagnosis reports, uploading photos, adding technical notes, and getting customer signatures digitally is fast and seamless. It handles all the common field scenarios perfectly—whether I'm documenting a service attempt, reporting a missed appointment, or marking a job complete with detailed reason codes. Everything syncs up reliably, and it saves my office team and me a ton of time on paperwork.The app has really helped streamline my workflow with home warranty jobs, and the quick authorizations (often under 10 minutes) keep things moving. It's stable, user-friendly, and clearly built with contractors in mind. Big thanks to the Rely team for creating such a solid tool—it's made a real difference in staying organized and responsive. Suggestions
Tab should be added to show pending repairs instead of putting them in completed work orders to help keep track of repairs and scheduled dates for the repair. Also a tab to “contact” so we don’t have to go to the web browser when techs have questions.

We do very well with the communication between the parties. We have met some outstanding clients through the home warranty program. We constantly offer our help to them in any way we can out of respect. App and Website
We have issues with the App and the website matching each other. If we move an appointment in the app the website won’t show that change. It’s the same for tasks that need to be cleared. We cleared a task on the app, but it didn’t show on the website. We had to wait a while for it to clear.
Can’t sign it to submit diagnosis
Desktop won’t let me do it, they say to download the app the app won’t let me sign it deleted the app download again and nothing. Why do I need to use this app

One more thing to make them money and take ours
RELY called and asked for this review, just like they call and ask us to discount our repair prices. When will they actually come up with something that helps the owner/operators in the field. This appears to be another one of those things Rely does, without field input and just shoved down everyone’s throat. Mandatory changes without vendor input. Just like when they modify our service agreements without asking for consent, then charging us, the business for service call fees as they give away to the clients.
My experience with this app is: it sucks, if I navigate away from it while preparing a claim it kicks me out about 50% of the time, so I get to start over, wasting my time and my resources. Why do I have to flip back and forth, logging in to multiple portals only to keep getting the boot. I remember a few years ago, I could log in online and it kept me logged in for days on end, that’s how it should be. This is the first company that expects techs to handle authorizations without any options for the designated office staff and owners to have desktop access. I can’t believe I’d say this, but Rely needs to take some lessons from the previous way handled the company, before they merged.
