Deep and Meaningful Reflection
I am very impressed by REMI’s ability to take a topic relevant to you in the moment and walk you through a process that can bring safety to your nervous system and offer meaningful guidance. I’ve worked with a lot of apps and done a tremendous amount of inner work, I find REMI to be a way to expand on that journey and go even deeper. Through REMI I was able to find language for a core wound, and finding language that resonates can provide powerful healing opportunity.

Such an amazing tool!
Remi has completely changed how I view working through my thoughts and issues. I’ve tried and failed many times at journaling because of the lack of depth and thought provoking questions. With Remi, I know I won’t receive the same prompt over and over, plus it’s seeing what I say and helping me dive deeper based on that. Every time I use the app, I was away with screenshots, saved affirmations and the confidence to handle similar situations again. And the reassurance that if I’m challenged with something new (whether personal or with work), I can always work through it with Remi. I cannot recommend Remi enough for anyone who seeks a new journaling tool or in addition to their therapy/wellness/business journey!

I first used this to overcome a particularly tough encounter and I’m completely sold now. The app gives clarity and helps you work through what you are facing. I know it’s not meant to act as therapy but it certainly gives similar insights that I have experienced in my own therapy journey. I highly recommend if therapy is too intimidating or if you need a different perspective to help you tackle an obstacle.
