Good app for School Field Trips… nothing more
Overall, a pretty good app, but mainly used when going out for certain Field trips, but it gives you a limited word count for how much you can put for Messages and it takes a while for you to send you a message like like a minute and a half
Faulty
There are people/organizations I’m tied to; I have no idea who they are. There is no way to leave a particular organization or remove people.

Can be improved
First, the character limit is too restrictive. Teachers and coaches often need to send detailed information, and having to split one message into two or more is frustrating for both the sender and the receiver.
Second, the notification system needs improvement. I’m in many groups, so when I receive an email or push notification that someone has sent a message, I expect tapping the notification to take me directly to that conversation. Instead, it opens the app’s main page, and I have to search through all my conversations to figure out who sent the message. Sometimes the conversation is highlighted, and sometimes it isn’t, making it even more difficult to find the new message quickly.
These changes would greatly improve the user experience, especially for teachers, coaches, and parents who rely on the app for daily communication.

The PTA Knows Too Much
It tells me exactly what I forgot, exactly when I forgot it. Honestly impressive. I’m convinced glue sticks are a money laundering operation, but that’s unrelated. Anyway, my kid made it to school wearing both shoes. Five stars.
Difficult to use and needs more
This app is convenient at times when I want to message parents. The issue I run into is that I can only message a certain amount of parents. I need to be able to message more parents at a time. I also need to be able to send more than one picture at a time and more than four pictures at a time. Sometimes I want to post a photo dump to the parents. Also, the app crashes a lot, especially when you’re sending pictures. I also would like to use more characters when sending an announcement. I usually have to write a note screenshot and then send it to parents. That’s not very convenient.

Won't let me make an account
I've had this app for 3 years and I haven't been able to use it because it won't let me create an account with my phone number or email. It just gives an error every single time. I can't keep up with marching band announcements because of this and I couldn't keep up with tennis 3 years ago when I originally tried to get this app. It refuses to do anything connected with my phone number or email. 0/10 not good for reminding if it doesn't work.

.heic images not loading for me
I just started using this for the first time for our kids’ camp. Messages with image files just appear black and are not loading.
Must have account.
Last year we could use Remind and my students received SMS messages. This year it says that our school must get an account. I have requested this numerous times but our VP refuses to consider this. Terribly discouraging. The reason cited is there hah uh is cost prohibitive.

I love getting updates and communicating with the teachers that use this app. I do not, however, like that we get a Remind notification AND a text with the same message.
