No point

(Giving 5 stars just make sure I’m seen.)
I used to use this app all the time for every single one of my courses for 12 years, every semester. Now that they’ve done away with SMS text messaging, there’s no point in using it anymore. It’s absolutely infuriating. It’s pointless now.

It won’t let me add another class

Once reliable and wonderful….now frustrating

It used to be the best app ever…great at sending announcements and posting things especially for field trips. Now it’s filled with glitches including perpetual error messages and frozen screens. There’s a limit how large your class can be (150) and if your students are under 16 they get booted out after a week (with no notice). Very frustrating to deal with

Decent but Should be Much Better

This is a good service. A solid B, but it could be an A. The UI and UX should be so much better. It should be easier to add teachers. Students should not be able to opt out. Managing a school is clunky. It is too many clicks/touches to sent a message. Attached images should show up in the text and not a link.

It does the job but in an overly complicated way. We’ll keep using it, but I wish it was better.

Needs work

My kids new school uses this app. I’ve been trying for 2 days to enter the class name their teacher provided us but it’s limited to 10 characters. Her class name is more than 10 characters and it is active with other parents so what am I missing? I also can’t add a photo to my account. The photo opens massively large without the ability to crop it to fit the circle. Soon as you pinch to shrink the photo, it snaps back full size. When I search for their teacher by name, the list displays her name sliced horizontally across the top and bottom of the text with only the middle portion showing. It says underneath that she has no classes yet she most certainly does. Useless app so far.
