Widget doesn’t even appear in widgets list

I just purchased it, everything up to date, uninstalled, reinstalled, opened it, closed it, offloaded and reloaded it, rebooted my phone… all in various orders.

I can’t get the widget to even show up as an option, so the app functions as the digital equivalent of a paperweight.

Note

The idea of the application is great, but there is a problem when you paste and lock the screen, everything goes

No difference with or without

I’ve had this widget since I bought the iPhone X when it first came out. After finally upgrading to iPhone 13 pro I pondered what the widget really does - so I deleted it to see what I’d lose. Guess what? I lost nothing! My Apple reminders behave exactly the same as they did with the widget. Could be user ignorance? Maybe. But when I reinstalled the widget and checked again I saw absolutely no difference. I deleted it again, same outcome. So I see no point for having this widget. I’m moving forward without it.

Does what it needs to

So far so good. I’m afraid of any new update. 😑

Response from developer

Hi, The usage is the same we only added extra features based on customers feedback. Please contact us we are happy to help you and clarify anything that is confusing. Thanks

Glad I didn’t have to pay

Got app free to try. Didn’t work. Would have been even less happy had I paid anything for this. All it does is allow me to open my Reminders - which I can do on the Reminders icon. Even video help is useless.

Response from developer

Hi, This is not the purpose of this app. The purpose of this app is to be used as a widget. Please add the widget to your Notification Center. Tap on quick help, it will show you how to do that. When you open the app, you will only see the settings for the widget. Please contact by tapping on “send feedback” from the app for help setting. Thanks
