It shows here that the app runs on Apple Watch, but couldn’t make it work

No Watchface complication
Beware those that expect a watch face complication (ie range, etc). I tried multiple watch faces and could not find any complications for this app. App loads fine on watch when opened separately.
Update: there appears to be no way to contact support as the website is down. It appears that this app is no longer supported.
