Wow!!!
In one short word… wow! What a game changer at a great price and easy to install. I had gate installers trying to sell me an entire new system for as much as $5,900.00+. I said I just want to upgrade my system so I can use an app to open the gate. Everyone claimed I would need an entire new system. Then I found Remootio 3! WOW!!! Easy to install. I can share a temporary code with friends and family and can open my gate with Siri or Alexa or one push on an app.

It’s ok.
You shouldn’t need to unlock your phone to use it. Would be awesome if Siri Shortcuts could run while phone is locked so when I’m within my geo fence the gate should open automatically
Brilliant
The most used app I have. It’s just perfect and I have had it over 2 years. Wiring instructions wereeasy to follow it integrates in the Apple echo system with ease. I cannot find fault with it

Auto open happens when home
New version updated. Door keeps auto opening when it should not. Done it 3-4 times today i been either already home or a long way away. Not great so turned function off
Needs to work properly with new IOS 26
Has issues with not detecting location, then 30 mins later detects it and then opens and closes gates and doors several times, thinking I had arrived.

Please add it to CarPlay. It would be so handy to open the gate on car’s infotainment screen
No internet connection
Wifi works. Bluetooth works. No connection through internet. Only reason I bought it.
Constant HomeKit issues
Sometimes it connects to HomeKit, sometimes it doesn’t. No rhyme or reason…. Constantly says “the garage door is not responding”… then will work perfectly the next time.
All other HomeKit devices work in the house.
Remootio support wasn’t interested.

Super frustrating app works less than half the time. Apple watch app completely useless the only thing it does: shows button to press and then does nothing.
Great, with a minor flaw.
The remootio system is great for not having to carry a remote around with you. Also setting someome else up to use our gate, even temporarily is a breeze. Opening and closing the gate over the Internet is perfect for someone forgetful like me too.
The only downside I found is auto open as you approach is 50/50 whether it works at all. I've also found that it actually triggers auto open after I arrive home and bring the app (which it says it can't do and a minor security issue if you don't notice). First world problem but it would be a good feature to get right for a gate and would make the system 5 star for me.

What’s the point of a car app that doesn’t support CarPlay. It’s a nuisance having to dig about for my mobile every time I arrive at my garage. Pay the fee and do right by your customers.

Très lent
Fonctionne très bien en Bluetooth , moins bien en wifi , lent à se connecter. Et par Internet très long à se connecter imprécis sur les ordres et les notifications ne fonctionnent pas. Pour info je suis Connecter par la fibre en haut debit.
Alert option
Please add a feature to send an alert when the gate has been left open for chosen amount of time. Auto close is not always the best option.
OK but lacks car play
Please update so that it'll work with car play. It seems daft that the purpose of Remootio is to enable garage doors and gates to be operated but it's challenging to do this from a car without the option for car play
