I have a Keurig K Cafe Smart, which I love and is awesome. I found the other Keurig app and have gotten that one to work, so I’m baffled why this one doesn’t recognize my qr code.
It would be great if Keurig would jump on here and fix this app and let us know it was updated in the description. LOVE my K Cafe Smart. I want the app!

Terrible!
Brand new WIFI smart Keurig. Clearly visible QR code on the back of the brewer….app won’t recognize the QR code so the app just stopped and I can’t use it! Junk app!
Can’t find QR code
My Keurig coffee machine is not a smart coffeemaker. It is Keurig 2.0. Box has been thrown away and QR code is not located on coffee maker. Useless. 2⭐️

Seems to be a common problem based on my experience,and other reviews. Don’t bother to download app.
Wouldn’t read QR code
Went to download the app and it told me to scan the QR code on the back of the machine. It said the QR code I scanned didn’t exist and to scan a QR code from one of their kuerig products. Did not work and I deleted the app.
Might as well just keep my phone in my pocket
Just adds an extra step of pulling out your phone. Would be way better if it would remember how you wanted your selection and store and save it for later use.
