I type in my info and the app crashes. I can’t even see the opening page
This app has stopped working since last update
Since the app was last updated I and many other users have been unable to login to complete the required survey . Without the surveys my cancer treatment medications will not be refilled and my treatment cannot continue.
Despite all the reviews from people with the same problem there’s been no response from app and no fix For the broken update to date. This is borderline criminal in my opinion.

Something is wrong. I’m not able to login anywhere. It says server error. Please fix.

The last update rendered this app useless. I see more people cannot sign in to do the survey.

REMS app doesn’t work on android after outage
A recent tech issue borked the app on my Pixel 6 Pro. The suggested fix was to reinstall the app. I did that and now it doesn’t recognize me. I did the same on my IPad and it worked. Someone fix the Android app.
Crashes every time
Developers please fix mic question playback keeps stopping in the middle of Have you had sex with a woman who could become pregnant using Lenalidomide? Goes no further than Q1.
