About

Your paper dialysis book, all in one place. Renabook is a simple log for life on dialysis: weight and blood pressure morning and evening, and the fluid removed on dialysis days. No sign-up. No ads. Everything stays on your device. ■ Cards that match the day On dialysis days you record pre- and post-dialysis weight and the fluid removed. On other days, weight and blood pressure morning and evening. Set your dialysis days once and today's cards line up for you. ■ The difference from your dry weight, as a number Enter the DW your doctor gave you and the weight card shows the difference. It makes no judgement and gives no warnings — the number is yours to take to your clinic. ■ Charts and a two-week table Weight, blood pressure, and lab values become charts. The last two weeks appear in the same table layout as a paper dialysis book. ■ One page for your clinic Hand over your records as a clinic summary (PDF). CSV export is included. ■ An emergency and travel card Keep your treatment settings — access, dialyzer, blood flow rate, session length — on a card you can show staff at another unit, in large text, even with no signal. ■ Reminders that know your schedule Measurement reminders morning and evening, and a reminder the night before a dialysis day. No measurement reminders on dialysis days, since you are measured at the unit. Free: daily measurements, the access check, lab values, one emergency card, and the last 90 days of the charts Pro (a one-time purchase, no subscription): the clinic PDF, CSV export, the full chart history, and managing other people Note: this app is a log and reminder for life on dialysis. It is not a dialysis record book issued by a medical provider, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always talk to the doctors and staff at your clinic about your weight, your blood pressure, and your treatment.
