Unable to complete the App Set Up

I’ve tried to set the App up three times and failed. I get the last bit where I’m supposed to receive an email with a verification code by email. But no email arrives. I’ve given up.

Hi Clive, sorry you've run into this. There was a temporary issue with sign-up emails for some users around that time that you may have been caught by, but it’s now been resolved. Unable to open app

When I open the app it asks for my postcode. However I can’t select my address because the keyboard is covering it. Please advise.

Hi, sorry about that. We briefly had a bug around that time where the keyboard blocked the address selection, but it was fixed shortly after. Please try opening the app again. Annoying

I have asked repeatedly for these people to stop emailing me I no longer use this app but still they carry on emailing PLEASE STOP NOW before things get ugly for you

Hi there, thanks for raising this. To clarify, removing the app from your device doesn't automatically close your account, which is why your renewal reminders have continued. Since you no longer have the app and don't want the reminders, please drop us a note at hello@myrenewal.app from the email address you used to sign up. Ask to delete your app data and we'll happily do this for you, which will stop all future communications.

Continuity of Data

I’m not happy with this company, i used the RNWL app to store and manage all my car, motorhome, house, travel, breakdown insurance’s and renewals. This year when i started to review the coming year’s insurance i find RNWL has been replaced with a new app RENEWAL and all my past data has been lost. I think its best to look for a more reliable provider going forward.

What a find

Added my cars MOT, insurance and breakdown cover so the ease. The app is super easy to use and has a really clean, pretty interface. Makes keeping everything in one place so much easier

iPad Support???

Great app but just crying out for something for the iPad. It covers the sort of thing that I much prefer to use on the big screen. Phone screen is just too small for important things like insurance.

Really helpful app

This app makes my life better! All my vehicle details in one place. I love the reminders and the central location. Easy to use and clear layout.

Easy, quick and helpful!

Found it easy and simple to add my vehicle and home insurance on here. And knowing that I’ll be reminded near the renewal dates is one less thing to worry about. Useful to have the contact details for my insurers to hand too. They’ve taken all the hard work of remembering and made it easy! Having the MOT notification come through is great. Thank you.

Really easy to use and very helpful for reminding me when my car insurance and breakdown cover is due. Emailed in my home insurance docs and a few seconds later I was notified that it had been processed - easy peasy to add new information. Keep up the great work!

Love this app

I love this app. I uploaded my insurance policy by email. So quick and easy. And it automatically populated the MOT and tax details. The dashboard is clean and simple. Now I look forward to getting reminders about renewing my policy and at a better rate. I feel on top of my car admin now.

How do you edit the data - the edit option seems to have vanished!

Thanks for getting in touch. On the Details tab, you can see the edit button on the insurance card (and for cars, there's also one on the breakdown card).
