It wasn’t broke so why fix it?
I loved this app compared to the new one! Why didn’t you make all the existing user data was transferred to the new app. I had years of history! How can I accurately track my health when I’ve lost all that information?!

Frustrated
All the functions don't work every time I use the scale, which gets frustrating if there's weight change, I want to see all the other metrics
Better than new version
I like this version much better than the new one. This version summarizes everything I want to see in one page where the new one I'm forced to scroll/navigate to see the same information. This versions dashboard shows 12 data points all color coded and visible without scrolling. New version shows 1 data point (not including calories which is not related to my devices). Additionally the developers of new version set a limit on number of measurement points that can be migrated between apps. Therefore measurements I had taken in this one for months are lost and cannot be added as the limit is higher here on the old. These are low hanging fruit software fixes that are completely preventing me from using the new version. Would happily switch if they matched the dashboard and removed measurement data point limits. This old version is perfect in my opinion, only changes I'd like to see would be unlimited data points for circumference measurements.

Old App 100% better than new
Old App was much better than new App. I used old App until Scales quit working and picked smart scales that adopted Renpho Old App style with 100% motivation.
Please give us this app back
This app is amazing, I didn’t realize how great it was until I used the new RENPHO app and realized how terrible a scale app could be. User interface, UX, not taking five clicks to see your weight trends inside of a smart scale app (or usually more because you just have to randomly click on things and hope it takes you to the right place), these make this app superior to the new one.

Unrealistic
I am six feet four inches tall, saying my ideal weight is under 207 is unrealistic. Besides that everything else is fine.

Old Version
I loved in this old version the interactive circle as it moved when you got on the scale. The new version doesn’t do this. I do love the little boxes with all the heals I do in them. Glad they kept that. I don’t like how I have to now go into go measure to use the scale. I’ll delete the app tho.
Not accurate
Perhaps the actual weight is accurate but the other stats are not. I have been strength training for months, I took a scan at my gym which showed muscle growth, here on this thing it tells me that I gained fat and LOST muscle. Ummm no.
Scale is great. App is too bad.

Good app but some bugs - I couldn’t pair it with my iPhone 15.
The product is good but some problems - display brightness is very low, on a bright day even inside my house I have a hard time reading the screen.

Good app
Reliable and easy to use. Only issue is that while you can change the weights and lengths measures (lb, kg etc) you are stuck with silly American dates.

Love this scale! Love this app!
One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Scale & app have helped me with the same 25+lbs since 2020. I’m 5’ 2”and was 185. Thru Ozempic and Wegovy, and Keto diet, to hitting my goal of 150 and then 144, then, through turning 65 and Medicare kicking me off weight loss meds, gaining it back, then to sleep apnea and Zepbound. Still trying to chase that elusive dream of 145. Scale & app keep me honest.
