Updated app does not transfer data
I liked the “outdated version”-the visuals and data are legible, easy to navigate and compatible with the scale I purchased pre-covid. The “promise” that data would be transferred to the newer app is disappointing, especially if you’ve purchased a newer iPhone (and previous data transfers with passwords, gets you stuck in the spiraling loop of non-transferred or lost to the bottomless pit of previous logins with facial recognition-passwords-etc).
Give us a break here! Keep the swirling dial, colored graphics, etc.

All info collected GONE! Used to be a great app. Now it’s like most others. Junk
Why would you break the app?
So now the app locks you from using one of the tools. I want to see my trends on weight and activity but when you select that section of the app it makes you upgrade.
The app was perfect tool I’d love to use the tool (app) that was part of the program when I bought a scale and considered other items in the suite of products. Not anymore. Done!

Latest update stopped access to weight history
The pop ups about upgrading have now made it impossible to access the weight history on trends. I’ve used this app for years and years. Although I have moved to the new version, not being able to see my history and achievements is disappointing. Its damaged trust in the company of you can just block access to my data with no prewarning.

Best ever why are you replacing with a substandard app?
This app has been seriously solid and I’ve gone through several scales. I have tracked my measurements and weight for years.
Why are you forcing an app that is going to make people lose an entire feature like being able to track measurements which is way more important I am writing a good review for the old app and I’m assuming that now that you are forcing everyone to get off of it and giving nag screens to switch to the worst app I will either switch or I guess have to find another app and try to export these which I don’t even know if that’ll work

Sad to this app close
I’ve used this lovely simple but colourful and engaging app for over 10 years, sadly with the new version that is being introduced, I find the new app boring in comparison and unmotivating

This Scale app way better than the Health version
This original Renpho scale app is perfect for my needs. That’s all I want - the scale information and the stats that go with it. And it’s nice to look at and use.
The new-ish “health” app that we are now going to be forced to use is such an ugly interface and clunky - all white, hard to read, nothing is all in one place, and requires multiple tabs to find what you’re interested in seeing. Once again, companies breaking something that worked well from the beginning. I don’t need another app that integrates with everything on the planet. I literally just want an app that works with my scale. Love this “old” one, will be leaving my 2-star review for the new one.

Please don’t force update
Remove the popup forcing update .. I use both versions but I like to use the old app too.

Now being forced to use new app, I know what this means (subscriptions and data harvesting) and I will not be forced.

Old version better
This app was much better than the new at the time of release. Now I don’t care to bother with the new even if it’s better.
App Interferes with Bluetooth Speakers
I have been dealing with random staticky speakers for over a year now. I finally found a forum where someone explained that once they turned off the Bluetooth for the Renpho scale app, problem solved. So many other people had the same issue. Multiple phone resets, new phones etc. My problem is finally resolved after turning off the Renpho Bluetooth… which greatly diminishes the purpose of the smart scale.

It wasn’t broke so why fix it?
I loved this app compared to the new one! Why didn’t you make all the existing user data was transferred to the new app. I had years of history! How can I accurately track my health when I’ve lost all that information?!

Frustrated
All the functions don't work every time I use the scale, which gets frustrating if there's weight change, I want to see all the other metrics
Better than new version
I like this version much better than the new one. This version summarizes everything I want to see in one page where the new one I'm forced to scroll/navigate to see the same information. This versions dashboard shows 12 data points all color coded and visible without scrolling. New version shows 1 data point (not including calories which is not related to my devices). Additionally the developers of new version set a limit on number of measurement points that can be migrated between apps. Therefore measurements I had taken in this one for months are lost and cannot be added as the limit is higher here on the old. These are low hanging fruit software fixes that are completely preventing me from using the new version. Would happily switch if they matched the dashboard and removed measurement data point limits. This old version is perfect in my opinion, only changes I'd like to see would be unlimited data points for circumference measurements.

Old App 100% better than new
Old App was much better than new App. I used old App until Scales quit working and picked smart scales that adopted Renpho Old App style with 100% motivation.
Please give us this app back
This app is amazing, I didn’t realize how great it was until I used the new RENPHO app and realized how terrible a scale app could be. User interface, UX, not taking five clicks to see your weight trends inside of a smart scale app (or usually more because you just have to randomly click on things and hope it takes you to the right place), these make this app superior to the new one.

Unrealistic
I am six feet four inches tall, saying my ideal weight is under 207 is unrealistic. Besides that everything else is fine.

Old Version
I loved in this old version the interactive circle as it moved when you got on the scale. The new version doesn’t do this. I do love the little boxes with all the heals I do in them. Glad they kept that. I don’t like how I have to now go into go measure to use the scale. I’ll delete the app tho.
