Heart points glitch

This is the 2nd occasion during a long walk that the heart points got to a certain number then totally froze on that score and didn’t increase even 1 point for the rest of my walk – despite the fact that I continued to walk briskly for double the distance I had already covered!

Was my review deleted?

Shame on you deleting my review because you guys are hacks that can’t fix your app after years of complaints.

Won’t properly sync

There’s too many times where I can’t get it to sync properly. Meaning Im missing whole weeks where it says I’ve done morning when my other apps say Im getting 12,000 or more steps. No point in using it if it’s not going to work.

Cannot link Charge 6 to app

The app is useless! If you cannot connect the watch to the app what good is it. There is no icon in the app to sync it to the app like there use to be in the original Fitbit app. I cannot recommend this app!

At least the Fitbit app worked

Google’s mandatory transition to their app following purchase of Fitbit is a buggy disaster. Expect that the basic functionality inherited from FB would continue working, sadly no. Watch is now ugly and nonfunctional as a tracker.
