About

KEY FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY: At-A-Glance Fleet Dashboard: Instantly view your entire vehicle roster—including critical details like VIN, Make, Model, License Plate, Owner, and Color—paired with color-coded, real-time indicators showing both vehicle health (Available, In Shop, Due for Service) and operational status (Available or On a Trip). Live counters at the top surface how many vehicles are currently in the shop or out on active trips, so you can size up fleet utilization in seconds. Real-Time Team Cloud Syncing: Secured with individual user account authentication, every action logged by your staff—whether an oil change, tire rotation, or brake inspection—instantly updates across everyone's screen simultaneously. Full account management is built in, including in-app account deletion with secure re-authentication. Predictive Service Reminders: Smart logic automatically flags vehicles for necessary service based on either your customizable calendar durations or specific mileage thresholds—whichever limit comes first. Trip Tracking & Vehicle Check-Out: Start, end, and edit trips for any vehicle right from the new Trips tab, or capture past trips with manual entry. Track who took which vehicle, when, and for how long—giving you a complete operational picture alongside your maintenance records. Receipt & Damage Camera Integration: Protect your physical assets while on the go. Seamlessly snap photos of mechanics' invoices or new bumper scratches and upload them directly to that specific vehicle's profile for permanent documentation. Logs can be edited at any time, with receipt images easily replaced or removed. Smart QR Code Workflows: Stick custom QR codes inside your car door jambs. Scan them with the app's built-in reader and immediately choose your next action—Start a Trip, End a Trip, or Log Maintenance—without ever digging through menus. Each vehicle keeps a stable, persistent QR token that survives edits and re-prints. Analytics & Financial Insights: Drill into maintenance spend and history with the new Analytics tab, filtering by date range, vehicle, or owner to spot trends and runaway costs. Combined with the secure document vault for registrations, insurance, and titles, you get true vehicle lifecycle ROI plus tax-ready data exports. Personalized Fleet Organization: Reorder vehicles on your home screen to match how your operation actually runs, and capture extra ownership detail—owner, color, and lockbox code—right on the vehicle profile for fast field reference.

What's New in Rental Fleet Management

0.1.4

• Proactive maintenance reminders. The app now monitors your fleet in the background and surfaces local push notifications the moment a vehicle needs attention — no need to open the app to spot a problem. • Low Health alerts. When a vehicle's overall health drops below 15%, you'll get a "Low Health Alert" notification identifying the affected vehicle by Make, Model, and license plate. • Service Due Soon alerts. When a vehicle's odometer comes within 500 miles of any of its assigned service milestones (including any custom per-vehicle intervals you've configured), you'll get a "Service Due Soon" heads-up so you can schedule the work before it becomes overdue. • Smart, non-spammy delivery. Each vehicle is allowed one active reminder at a time. Subsequent checks update the existing alert in place instead of stacking duplicates in your notification tray, and reminders are automatically cleared once a vehicle no longer meets the threshold or is removed from the fleet. • Live, event-driven evaluation. Reminders are re-evaluated automatically whenever your fleet data changes — when a trip ends, when a maintenance log is added, when a custom service interval is updated, or when a vehicle status changes — so the alert you see always reflects the current state of your fleet.
