Not good

The app is good but it’s almost impossible to send you contractor a link to install and the customer service is horrible!

Won’t let me login

It won’t let me type my password, just goes blank when I get to the screen. I got to unlock through the website.

The updated version has less usability for managers

While this version is prettier, it lacks the ability to create listings as the previous version did. Additionally, through the app or website, you cannot upload pictures with an Apple device, forcing you to the desktop to complete listings. That kind of defeated the purpose of a “mobile” app.

Comically Bad

The website seems like a good idea. I made several appointments to view rental properties, then downloaded the app hoping it would list the addresses, numbers, etc. in one spot. But when I open the app, it takes me to the mobile site, which suggests I open the app...

It definitely deserves 1 star, but it's almost impressive how terrible it is, so I'll at least give it credit for that.

Had to pay a dollar to view an apartment

I was unimpressed after being charged a dollar for the privilege of viewing an apartment. This was a good precursor to being nickeled and dimed through this app.

Horrible

I’m trying to get verified so I turn off my WiFi and it still says that my WiFi is active! Property managers beware.

Doesn't work

Just downloaded it to see a property. It wouldn't let me log in. Every time I pressed the "Renter" button it just sent me to the website login. This was a waste of my time.

Does not work

App opens, says need internet connection then nothing happens. Tried it on iphone7+ and iPad Pro on LTE and wireless in multiple locations. Normal web based access is fine.

Just updated to version 2.3. Had to re install to get it to work

Complete waste of time

I thought it was an actual app that could be used to keep track of the appointments that I have through the rently website but all it does is open a browser to the website. Wasted my time downloading this trash app. Until they come out with a legit app to be used it doesn't even deserve a one star rating

Great idea! Poor execution.

What a great idea! Right?!? And all the money (time) real estate agents can save? Yeah? Right?
Not so much.... This has just got to be close to the BEST idea and WORST application of said idea (app) I have ever used. Unfortunate. However, my guess is as soon as they get it together they will be either selling to a) realtors or b) end users. Me thinks Realtors because, generally speaking, their websites etc are even worse than this! 👍🏼👍🏼

Works as well as the website

Freezes often. Very inconvenient to use.

Doesn't work

I went to two properties and entered the box code as instructed and was told that I would receive the code to enter via SMS text message. Waited for several minutes and nothing. Decided to leave the first property and head to another on the same street. The same thing occurred so m I decided to call and the automated system informed me that they would send me the message via text as well. Still nothing. However, the app charged me for both viewings as they counted against my 20 maximum. Complete waste of time.

Why bother?

This "app" just takes you to their mostly unresponsive website. By the way, the website barely works for iOS. Rently is a good idea, if only they had a halfway decent platform.

Useless

This app doesn't show me the properties that my realtor say are available. It just takes me to the site.

Total waste of time. It takes me directly to the website. Nothing special about it.
