Great app

It seems like most of the negative reviews aren’t aware of how the app works. It worked flawlessly for me and would recommend it to anyone.

Automatically enrolled without consent is probably illegal

Automatically enrolled without consent is probably illegal, and if it is not, it should be. Im opening a case with the BBB and whatever federal office is in charge of protecting me and my information.

sneaky signup

real sketchy that I’m automatically enrolled in rentplus in my lease and there’s no mention of the monthly charge in the followup mail or even in my online account. you have to check your rent itemization carefully. And of course the cancellation link doesn’t work. Another business model based on kickbacks to apartment managers.

There is no monthly charge as the RentPlus mobile app is completely free to use.
