Unreliable
This app is a joke. It barely works yet the landlord insists on using it. I’ve tried 17 times the process of payment and it won’t do it.
Useless Fee
A $6 “convenience fee”?? I’d rather drop a check off it’s just a pointless money grab.

This app has given me so much time back. Say good bye to all the spreadsheets tracking payments/charges/maintenance. Tenants love it too!
Easy to use
As a tenant it’s super easy to use. Simple to send maintenance request and make rent payments. It connects right to my bank so I don’t have to enter a debit card in each time
Rentroom for Property Management
I work with this program on a day to day basis and find that it has a lot of custom features that other PM softwares don’t provide flexibility with. The staff is always responsive and helps with any trouble/confusion residents or staff have.

Rentroom is very easy to use and I can easily pay rent and send in maintenance requests. Loved this app as a tenant!

Don’t give your bank account details to a 3rd party
The app opens up with asking for your password to your bank account. Do not believe this is safe and secure. Do not give them this. You can give them account and routing number. It’s a huge red flag they want login credentials for your bank account.
Pretty solid! A couple quirks
It’s solid! It is really annoying though that if your landlord responds or sends you a message, you see it in your Notification Center and if you click that it disappears forever. Would be nice if there was a spot in the app to view this

Super easy!
My landlord signed up for RentRoom so I could pay my rent online. I was skeptical at first cause I never heard of them. But after I signed up realized how easy it made paying rent with autopay!
Literally not even sure if this is a real app
I have never written a review for an app before, but this just takes the cake! I have never even got past the log in screen the app just crashes once i put in my log in info and closes out. Absolutely terrible, this app is a joke! Wish I could give zero stars
Horrible functionality
I downloaded the app as my landlord use it the pay for rent. I can never pay as it constantly buffers and never lets me link my bank account in order to pay. It’s very frustrating, I even had other downloaded the app and still never works. May you please debug the app and create a functional base.
Useless
This app makes me sign in every time. It never loads anything. When I try to click on buttons in the app it immediately quits. Basically it doesn’t work at all.

Love the app. Has made my rent collections so easy to track and improved my business. Tenants love not having to drop off checks!
Can’t even get started
I downloaded this app in hopes of finding a room to rent. Tapped, “Create an account” on login screen. Typed in my phone number and then the app practically freezes while doing a search. Finally, it responds with an error message saying that it cannot find my account. No crap, that’s why I selected to create one.
