Notes and Alerts — now available for everyone Leave notes on leases, tenants, owners, and vendors, and see important alerts the moment you open a record. Custom fields are now available to all accounts, too. Better work order photos Photos now show upload progress as they go, and thumbnails stay put instead of jumping around while uploading. We also fixed a problem where adding several photos at once could drop one. Signing in to the right place Residents who try to sign in here are now pointed to the Rentvine resident app instead of hitting a dead end. Fixes and polish • Starting a work order and backing out no longer loses your progress • The assigned internal technician is no longer cleared when you save • Recently Viewed now stays correct when you switch accounts • Date pickers open and close smoothly, and long dates no longer clip • Downloaded files keep their correct file type • Fixed a false "offline" message when returning to the app • Faster, more stable performance on the latest iOS

Terrible!

I have my info correct and the app will not let me in. It tells me my info doesn’t match any existing portal info YET if I login on the browser with the same exact credentials it lets me in no problem. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and same thing so I just completely deleted the app and won’t reinstall it again, too much hassle just to pay my rent

Hi there! We're sorry for the frustration. This app is designed exclusively for property managers, so if you're a resident, that would explain the login issue! A resident app is in the works. In the meantime, your portal is fully accessible via the web browser. Your property manager can help with any account questions!

Not for home owner

This app doesn’t even allow home owners to log in.

A good start…

It’s got potential, but there are so many features missing I just find myself getting frustrated trying to find random things or message vendors from the work order on the go that are just not there. It’s a good start, but I feel like it has so many features missing that as a PM I need on the go! Rentvine is good at launching new things and I’m hoping this app is no different. In the meantime, back to the web browser I go!
