Can’t log in

I have saved my log in information so that it automatically populates on to the app. The screen reads “NO PORTAL ACCESS . Your information does not match any existing portal” Why doesn’t it match? Even if I log in manually it doesn’t accept my information.

Hi there! This app is designed exclusively for property managers, which may explain the login issue. If you're a resident, owner, or vendor, your portal is accessible via the web browser in the meantime — a resident app is in the works! If you are a property manager and still having trouble, please contact our support team at support.rentvine.com and we'll get you sorted!

Terrible!

I have my info correct and the app will not let me in. It tells me my info doesn’t match any existing portal info YET if I login on the browser with the same exact credentials it lets me in no problem. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and same thing so I just completely deleted the app and won’t reinstall it again, too much hassle just to pay my rent

In the meantime, your portal is fully accessible via the web browser. Your property manager can help with any account questions!

Not for home owner

This app doesn’t even allow home owners to log in.

A good start…

It’s got potential, but there are so many features missing I just find myself getting frustrated trying to find random things or message vendors from the work order on the go that are just not there. It’s a good start, but I feel like it has so many features missing that as a PM I need on the go! Rentvine is good at launching new things and I’m hoping this app is no different. In the meantime, back to the web browser I go!
