This new update sucks go back to the old version
Still automatically sends texts to the contact of leads which I don’t like, go back to how it used to be
New leaderboard is pretty ugly
The design honestly sucks after an initial look through it. Bring an option in to have the other style and keep it simple. Or be able to customize it. Just feels like it doesn’t flow well

Doesn’t automatically put address when setting pinned appointments anymore and it doesn’t give me the option to text an availability link anymore
Issues with address mapping.
I don’t know if this is a bug or not but whenever I check the address for my appts. The address is always on the other side of the planet according to maps. This new update brought so many bugs that complicate work flow and efficiency. Again just my opinion.

But the new update is horrible, it made a perfect app complicated, and added extra steps for no reason.

This is a corner cutter for the good in the bad days. Always a pump in my heart and mind when it’s shows me real time customer response when acquiring info on my RepCard businesses link. Easy streamline solution. Makes all the extra not so extra…it fits right into the scheduler that it keeps. And it keeps it well. These others platforms are good for those who know it but you don’t know what you don’t know haha. This app teaches me how to be a productive and a consistent rep and keeps my background work going with or without me. Appointments are met and follow-ups are a daydream as I check my notifications and yes, there they are, new up to date and synchronized production milestones that keep references in contact and leading my customers along literally by hand with this tool. No over knocking in my buds territory and can share so if my pal has to be somewhere I can pick up where them left off and be that helping hand when he needs assistance. Disposition list is right on for what I need, easy to depict and adjustable at any time. I love this extension of myself and then the way I hold myself, confidence is at a new high. I’m sure in what I say because this was designed by the feet on the ground. This product,tool, helping hand, a whole new world of possibilities… W/e you call it is in reach because you only know what you know and I know RepCard. Æ 🎶 for me, as a job well done to you. Superb, outstanding. Should be modeled after. The industry didn’t for the knockers. They want more and withhold and do not invest back in to the product/tool they push, just more push. Excellent App to replace a paper business card!!
I’m old school and iswd to hand out business cards but I use Rep Card to make sure all my customers stay connected with me! Great support when calling in especially Monica!
Beware
Need to zoom in a lot to see your pins. Also your previous pins from another app won’t port over the same outcomes so keep that in mind. Very frustrating.

Huge Battery Drain!!
Several background programs running that drain your battery – part of the background tracking. Bottom barrel of the CRM apps used by companies. I would not recommend!
Top Notch Tool
Over the years, I have experimented and utilized a lot of different software products. RepCard is one of the handiest most useful tools I have used in a long time. I am in the field almost every day, and RepCard is my primary resource for new leads and prospects, customers, and now new recruits too. Just started using the NFC card integration, as well. Great stuff! Well worth the annual subscription fee. Keep up the good work!
