Functionality and interface are both poor

Only works within a wifi network.
We bought my grandmother an iPad for Christmas. She's slowly learning how to use it. We've been walking her thru things over the phone which is tedious. It would be soo much easier if we could only see what was on her screen. We were hoping this app would help out with the screen sharing feature. The manual explains that this will only work when the two devices are on the same wifi network. This was a waste of our five bucks.
