As a professional inspector who has evaluated numerous reporting platforms, including IT, Spectora, Tap, HIP, and others, I can confidently say that ReportON stands out as a game-changer, even in its Beta phase.
After exploring nearly every reporting tool available, I found that while many were satisfactory, they consistently fell short of expectations. ReportON, however, exceeded my expectations from the very first inspection. The intuitive features, such as the ability to capture video with audio by simply holding the camera button, streamlined the report-writing process and made it both efficient and enjoyable. Additionally, the software’s design eliminates the need to clutter my device with excessive photos, which is a significant advantage.
My conversation with Dylan and Matt further highlighted the software’s impressive capabilities, such as the ability to zoom in on videos by adjusting the camera button—a feature I hadn’t initially discovered. What’s truly remarkable is that ReportON is still in its early stages and currently offered at no cost, yet it delivers such robust functionality.
Setting up my business with ReportON was seamless. The platform allows for easy integration of scheduling, payment processing, and automated agreement delivery directly through my website. These features have significantly enhanced my workflow and client experience.
