Guided Walkthrough for New Inspectors (Web) New users now get a hands-on, step-by-step guided tour that walks them through creating an inspection, completing a report, and delivering it to a client — all using safe sample data, so nothing real is ever changed. See Your Inspector's Profile on the Report Cover (Web) You can now see the inspector's professional profile, photo, and credentials right on the report cover page, so you know exactly who performed your inspection. Manage and Connect Your ISN Account (Web) You can now find, connect, and manage your ISN account from a single Integrations tab on your profile — see your connection health at a glance, and reconnect or disconnect whenever you need to. Know When an Email Doesn't Go Through (Web) You'll now be notified right away if an email you sent fails to deliver, along with guidance on what to do next. Multi-Inspector Enhancements (Web) We've continued improving the multi-inspector experience, including cleaner visuals when toggling between inspectors on your reports. Add Custom Recommendations in the Web Editor (Web) You can now add a custom recommendation to a defect comment directly in the Web Editor, no need to switch to the mobile app. Mark Comments as Optional (Mobile) You can now mark informational comments as optional so they no longer count toward your progress tracking. Improvements & Enhancements A Fresh, Modern PDF Report Layout (Web) We've redesigned your PDF report with a modern, more compact layout that reduces overall page count and information density, plus marketing-forward colors and a larger cover photo, while keeping all your existing report information intact. Start Editing New Inspections Right Away (Web) You can now edit a newly created inspection's form on the web immediately, no need to open it on your phone first. Enter "Unknown" for HVAC Servicing Dates on Florida 4-Point Inspections (Mobile) On the Florida 4-Point Inspection Form, you can now enter a free-form value like "unknown" for the last HVAC servicing date instead of being forced into a specific date. Longer Web Session Timeout (Web) You can now stay signed in on the web for up to an hour before being logged out, up from 15 minutes. Smoother Image Uploads (Web) Uploaded images, including HEIC photos from iPhone, are now automatically converted so they upload successfully every time.
