What's New Request Builder The published inspection report now includes a Scratchpad tool that customers and real estate agents can use directly in the report portal. It makes it easy to select, reorder, and annotate defects from the report and extract them into repair addendum forms — no manual re-entry or calculation required. Dispatch View A new Dispatch View is now available for scheduling and managing multi-inspector jobs, giving you a clearer picture of team availability and job assignments. TREC Report Cover Page (Web) TREC reports now automatically include the standard cover page as the first page of every report. The cover is consistent across PDF and web preview, preserves your existing page numbering, and cannot be accidentally edited or removed. Inspector Avatars on Inspection List (Mobile) You can now see at a glance who is assigned to each job directly from the inspections list and details screen. A stacked avatar group shows each inspector's photo, with overflow inspectors collapsing into a badge. Tap the group to see the full roster. Contact Permissions (Mobile) If your account does not have permission to create new contacts, the app now clearly redirects you to the contact list instead, so you always know why the action was redirected. Bug Fixes Scheduling Calendar — Accurate Conflict Indicators (Web) The scheduling page previously showed a red conflict warning on the time block while all inspector icons showed green and available, with no obvious explanation. The calendar and inspector indicators now agree, so you can tell at a glance whether a time slot is actually open. Branding Center Preview — Multi-Inspector Layout (Web) Toggling the additional inspectors option in the Branding Center now correctly updates the preview to show the multi-inspector report layout before you save. Additional Inspector Photos on Inspections Page (Web) Profile photos for additional inspectors now display correctly on the Inspections page. Previously, only initials appeared even when a photo was set. Inspection Duration Preserved When Changing Start Time (Web) When you change the start time of an inspection on the scheduling page, the end time now shifts automatically to keep your original inspection duration intact. Android Form Screen Layout (Mobile) Large blank gaps that appeared above and below the item list on the Form screen on Android have been removed.
