Awful app
Never works, is a complete mess, and absolutely pointless

Only been on it a month. Has already gone down twice and the whole company literally froze.
Glitchy and a bit Dystopian
Locations drop off the app and surveys don't save all the time. The app is constantly tracking you moment to moment. The tracking notification that’s always on in the top left corner of my phone feels like a dystopian hellscape. It feels less like business software and more like adult babysitting for under paid employees that must be watch because the employer won’t pay enough to build trust with their employees to do their job with a sense of responsibility and pride for their work….so the company buys this software

Best field app on the market
Love the easy to use design and helps me be efficient throughout my day.
Terrible
This app is nothing short of terrible. Constant updates, syncing issues, will randomly log you out and then not accept your email/password when trying to sign back in, Slow and glitchy… the list goes on. Pretty crazy how technology is somehow going backwards in 2025 almost 2026
Permanent Tracking
App works like malware; ignoring settings for location tracking. I specifically set it to track my location only when using. However, regardless of my security/privacy settings, it forces it to track you 24/7. If they ignore basic security/privacy protocol, can they be trusted with our data?
Go back to the old layout
For whatever reason Repsly changed the UI for the iOS version only and it is awful. The android UI is 100x better. To change the date of a visit it goes through 4 or 5 different pages just for one thing, it's so annoying. There's way too many settings that are like Russian nesting dolls. Also the autofill feature never works but I get a pop up every time. Also when you're trying to look at your metrics for the day it takes forever to load if it even does load.
Go back to the old UI, speed up the app, and get the features you're advertising actually working.

Pointless app
Why do we need to use this when most of our companies already have a Best Buy Login link on our call forms????

Great app for sales and marketing execution on the field. User interface is extremely friendly. I recommend this app 100%
Makes my job so much easier!
Tracking and submitting work, communicating with my team, and staying on top of priorities are all so easy with Repsly. Anytime I’ve run into issues or questions I can get help right away. This is light years ahead of what we were using before!
Better on Android
This app on Android has a much cleaner look, better layout ,larger fonts ect much easier to use.
Should be good, framework bad
This App could be great at what it does, but the framework seems very clunky. Logs you out or spends minutes syncing mid-use. Data sync issues if you want to use more than one device. Just doesn’t seem to have the engine needed on the back end to support fluid functional real world use of the main functions of the app.

GARBAGE!!
I wish I could give this app 0 stars! This is the most poorly designed glitchy app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Absolutely horrible.
Bad upgrade
They took a great working app & made us upgrade to a crappy version with a primitive scanner that doesn’t recognize half of our items
Terrible update
The update is terrible!!! The barcode scanner is hard to read barcode. The app is slower. I never seen an update actually makes an app worse.

Lousy user experience
Works intermittently. Even when you see your target store via the app it won’t let you login giving you message that it doesn’t exist in Google. Really? But your app is showing via google it’s there. So frustrating.

Freezes all the time. Have to close and reopen it.
