Charged despite cancellation
I had used this app in trial. It was good initially. Got charged. Twice. Every time I opened the app a pop up appeared to start a free trial. By mistake clicked it but immediately cancelled it… no charge for 7 days and then despite cancellation was charged on the 7th day!! On three occasions!!! Please process a refund!!

Not used but paid $180
Used it during trial and didn’t like the results. I thought I disabled auto renewal. The app was offloaded for a while and then I deleted it for limited storage space. Now realized I was charged $10.6 every week…

無料お試し１週間が終わる前のリマインド設定があるくせに、実際はリマインドされることはなく、気づいたら毎週1,500円かかる事態に。しかも選んでもないのに年間契約になってて、最悪です。キャンセルの方法も手間がかかり悪質です！

Hello! Thank you for the review. Our app is free to download, and it also offers a free trial and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in Apple ID Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page so users can see it before downloading the app. You can cancel the app subscription in your Apple ID settings: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and cancel the subscription from there (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Paid but keeps asking to pay
Paid for a week but it keeps asking to pay again and again. Scam!
