Charged despite cancellation

I had used this app in trial. It was good initially. Got charged. Twice. Every time I opened the app a pop up appeared to start a free trial. By mistake clicked it but immediately cancelled it… no charge for 7 days and then despite cancellation was charged on the 7th day!! On three occasions!!! Please process a refund!!

Used it during trial and didn’t like the results. I thought I disabled auto renewal. The app was offloaded for a while and then I deleted it for limited storage space. Now realized I was charged $10.6 every week…

無料お試し１週間が終わる前のリマインド設定があるくせに、実際はリマインドされることはなく、気づいたら毎週1,500円かかる事態に。しかも選んでもないのに年間契約になってて、最悪です。キャンセルの方法も手間がかかり悪質です！

Hello! Thank you for the review. Our app is free to download, and it also offers a free trial and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in Apple ID Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page so users can see it before downloading the app. You can cancel the app subscription in your Apple ID settings: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and cancel the subscription from there (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Vorsicht bei Testangebot 🚨

Mir wurde diese App auf Instagram zum Testen angeboten - eine Woche ohne Kosten, dann mit monatlichen oder jährlichen Gebühren. Fand ich gut, habe mich nach dem Testzeitraum für das deutlich günstigere Jahresmodell entschieden. Danach wurde direkt die Jahresgebühr abgebucht und die SOFORTIGE, KOSTENPFLICHTIGE Wirksamkeit des Abos bestätigt - also kein vorher zugesagter Testzeitraum. Ein direkter Einspruch dagegen wurde auch nach Begründung abgelehnt. Ein sehr schlechtes, nahezu betrügerisches Geschäftsgebaren, vor dem ich Euch warnen möchte! KEIN ABO ABSCHLIESSEN!!!

This app that costs $4.99 for a week does not take any measurements into account. It only asks very broad questions like “bedroom or living room?”

I’ve had to correct their repetitive mistake of putting a wall where windows are showing in my photo.

Worked for short time now just tells me they hit a snag every time.

I’ve updated the App 4 times but still does not work. Just says it hit a snag every time I try it. It was nice while it worked but starting to think these decorating apps are a scam.

Limited functionality

Very limited capabilities

The image of the room is very small especially on an iPhone. I uploaded a floor plan and when the image generated the perspective was wrong.

Not recommended

This app was low loading today , it is locked up and will not work.
Uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work.
Tried to request a refund and even that is difficult.
Overall satisfaction is not a good experience at all.
I suggest using a different app that actually works.
