Needs updating but serves its purpose
Overall it’s a ok app. I would give it five stars but I have to login every time I use it. I am able to look at my stats from my machine as it syncs. I like knowing how I’m sleeping so I’m very pleased with part.

Continues to be the worst app on my phone
For more than 10 years prior to receiving the Reassist CPAP, other brands have provided reliable data upload via cell phone or Wi-Fi networks. Still have to manually upload data by having my computer read the data chip. Logging into this app is unreliable and cumbersome. Support from ResAssist or my provider has been useless or unresponsive.

Wish there was a rating lower than one star
Been a CPAP user for 35 years with replacement units every 5 years. First and last Resvent. Insurance provided this one. Horrible app, terrible machine, worst sleep. Shopping to buy a new machine out of my own pocket.

Difficult to set up and Chip card cannot read data. There is not an option to print off data from the I phone app. Very poor system and offers little online support!
Useless App
Wish I could give this zero stars. This app does not save my registration information and forces me to re-register every time I try to use it. The birthdate entry calendar doesn’t work properly. And no matter how many times or ways I tried to enter the serial number, the app does not recognize it. This app is useless to me. Please fix this app or I will get a new machine.

Same registration issue
I am unable to register my device because it is already bound to another user evidently and when you email the “support “ people they want to direct you to your supplier for the login information that the supplier doesn’t have either. They offer ZERO help so evidently they use the same SN number on more than one device or something. And just like the person before me wrote you can’t enter your birthdate when registering because the calendar is jacked up requiring you to click the date after your birthdate. They absolutely couldn’t care less and have horrible customer service. Looks like I will be returning my machine and getting one from a responsible and respected company like ResMed or Phillips instead

Doesn’t work
I can’t get past the registration screen. Entered my email address then it told me to enter a verification number. Tried to go back to see what the verification number was. Couldn’t find it. Tried entering my email again. It kept telling me there was already an account with that address. Yeah, it was mine. I would use this app if it worked!

Wrong language
The app details say “English” but when I download it’s in another language (looks like Asian characters but I have no idea which language it is) and I can’t change it in the login screen. I can’t register because I don’t know what the fields are asking for, since I don’t read that language.
Garbage!!!!
Can’t register my CPAP. Says my S/N is already used. Website is not in English.I’m a Truck Driver. Every time I get home I have to reconnect it to my Wi-Fi, passwords and all. CPAP display says to use Resassist app to set up Wi-Fi on CPAP but you have to register to use the app which brings us back to the beginning of my review. Don’t know what else to tell you. You got swindled! God I miss my Resmed!! Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! See All previous reviews. Can’t register (Not even on Chinese website). Won’t accept serial #. Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! Terrible APP MORE CHINA GARBAGE
Been to their website. It all comes up in Chinese. Doesn’t display properly. APP doesn’t work. Unlike the previous user, I was able to enter my birthday. But it is asking for country/region, and it doesn’t seem like to offer any options in the drop down, nor does it find anything if I search. The only reason I gave one star, is because I can’t proceed otherwise.

Garbage
Almost impossible to “register”. Inputting Birthdate you have to single scroll through each month to get to your birthday. Won’t take serial number of CPAP Machine, says it’s invalid. This is a real piece of garbage that needs to be removed. Embarrassing that this is the machine I have. Sad.

This is the worst app ever. The can’t get the date to work. It’s always one day off from what you try to click. Also, the submit button on one of the pages doesn’t work. You would think a company with equipment as important as CPAPs would have a decent app.

This machine will not stay connected to the wife and it will not let me highlight and retype my password in. This app is awful. Not user friendly at all. I hate this machine and the app.
Useless App
I cannot input my birthdate. It will not except the unit’s serial numbers. Unable to register at all. I have tried to delete and reinstall the apps several times to no avail.
Deserve -5 stars and thir customer service is garbage
this app is garbage check out resmed has such a clenaer app and better customer service. Talking to physician to swith to an airsense machine. Dont get resvent waste of money
Worthless
Absolutely worthless. Will not input correct date of birth and can’t input serial number of machine to even register a device. Get it off the App Store. I’d rather have a colonoscopy than deal with this app.
Can’t even register an account
Not user friendly at all. Finally got my birthday correct and then couldn’t input my country. I’m in registration limbo, can’t back out or move forward
Non-functional
This app might be great to use, but you can’t create an account with which to use it. An endless loop of errors. It is the worst. Wish I had gotten a different device that would allow access to my own data.
It doesn’t work
This never loads the data and if I click on anything in the settings it shuts the app and I have to enter the entire login all over.
