Usless app
I’ve had repeated issues with this rent payment app. I paid my rent on February 3rd, but the next day (February 4th) they sent a notice saying I hadn’t paid. I was told the system takes time to update, but this delay has caused problems multiple times. Because of this, I was charged a $75 late fee even though my payment was made on time. This has happened three times already. It’s very frustrating to pay extra due to the app’s delay in updating payment records. The company really needs to fix this issue and stop charging tenants late fees for their own system errors.

Does not work. Either the app or the complex using are not capable of figuring it out and they could care less cause it’s making them a lot on late fees.

Terrible app that as others have mentioned makes it very difficult to pay rent. The app is so clunky it seems intentional. Probably on purpose so property managers can charge late fees.

Worthless
I only use it because I am required to by my apartment complex. It has made paying rent a pain. The camera operation is terrible and it can never read the amount of the check correctly. Paying rent is far more frustrating than it needs to be. I may change apartments just so I don’t have to deal with the worst app on my phone.
