Scam! Can’t cancel subscription
Initially this app was great. The workouts made sense, I liked the structure and mostly it was led by Jenna. It seems she is no longer part of the program. Support is useless once they have your money/credit card info. There’s an option to cancel your subscription on the site however it doesn’t work! So they charged me after trying to get help to cancel subscription for weeks. I disputed the charge with my credit card company so I could get a refund. Unfortunately, had to cancel the card as well since the option to delete credit card doesn’t work either. Terrible user experience and this is shared on the app by other customers.
I want to delete my info from this app so if this is seen by developers, please consider this as my approval to delete my account and all info associated with my account.

Wonderful app
I really love this app just for the fact there is a home & gym version. also, i get to see how to do the workouts the right way so i dont hurt myself & the workouts are effective!!!
Impossible to cancel
I haaaaate having to leave a poor review for a “small business”, but man! I have proof of me attempting to cancel since February 2024!!!! The contact email is invalid, and the owner is, as you can imagine, non responsive via Instagram. It’s frustrating to have been charged $80 for the 3rd time for an app/services I no longer want to use. And don’t bother switching cards, they still charge the new card! Smh. Very disappointing experience.

No Access to App and keeps charging my credit card
I don’t have access to the app. It says signup for a 7 day trial every time I log on. I’ve reached out to the company at least 10 times and have gotten no response. They ignore my emails, but still charge my credit card. I’m very disappointed.

Domain expired
I’m trying to reset my password, but the link I’m receiving directs me to an expired domain. How can I contact support to resolve this issue or, if necessary, cancel my subscription?
Horrible customer service
I had an issue with my subscription and found out the hard way it’s impossible to contact customer service. There’s one contact email address available. I reached out multiple times. I tried reaching out on Instagram as well and no response. Impossible to reach.
Love the workouts but needs serious tech support!
Love the workouts and structured plans! But the app has glitches. Sometimes the workouts don’t save, and swapping equipment can cause it to skip ahead. Great content, but needs serious tech fixes.
Feels Scammer-ish
How do I delete this app and stop these automatic charges that keep happening to my card? The app does not provide any notification, alert, email, nothing that your card will be charged. I didn’t authorize a recurring charge. Trying to navigate the site, it runs you in circles with no resolution on how to actually cancel the subscription. You can edit your name and meal options, that’s about it. There is no way to uncheck the renewal information so I am confused how to manage this account.

You’re not able to cancel
Its so disappointing. I like the content of the app but it is flawed, very buggy. Im unable to cancel the subscription and have reached out for assistance but only got an automated email. The card i have on file is cancelled and yet they are still able to bill my account. Truly disappointed and frustrated.

Do not use or subscribe to this app, they are scammers.
Apple does not list this as a subscription in my account list yet I was just charged $77.99 for an annual subscription that I canceled previously because I do not use the app. The app is extremely buggy, and lacks basic features available through many other fitness apps.
I went to cancel the subscription (AGAIN) and it takes me to Apple subscriptions, where there is no active subscription for this app and therefore I cannot cancel. I then attempted to send a message to the support team and surprise surprise, the email “failed” to send multiple times. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never support again.
I will be disputing this with my bank.

Where to share?
Please make it easier to share the app. I searched everywhere in it for a share tool and I had to come back to the App Store. Gotta make it easier to support you girl!! Tell the tech peeps to step it up!

Absolute scam. They take your credit card details, keep charging you and never be able to cancel as they tell you it is linked to your apple acc and never be able to cancel it

I’m so glad my husband got this app for me! I’m in my second year using it and couldn’t be happier. I’m on my 4th challenge and still going!
Challenging workouts
Love it… use this app for at home workouts and was afraid I won’t feel the burn like at a gym… it’s burns just as much so I don’t feel like I’m missing the gym at all

Do not get this app. I have cancelled it more than a year ago and they still charged me against my will. They will ignore you and keep stealing your money. Stay away!
Scam artists
This is the second year after I canceled my subscription they’ve attempted to charge me after the paid membership expired. Reached out to customer service and they said there was no request put in and have insisted to try and charge me annually.

The app is a bit of a challenge to work when u May need to pause or go back to a particular workout and also I been stuck in a subscription because every time I try to cancel it sends me over to my subscriptions in my iPhone well I paid using my card and now I have no way to cancel and there’s no customer service
