Worst app to ever exist
DO NOT use this company for a refund just do it the old fashioned way they will ignore you and the app doesn’t even work. I have downloaded and redownloaded so many times and it keeps saying error. I lost a lot of money thanks to this app just please do yourself a favor and be patient with your refunds because this is so not worth it and you’ll never get your money back

Couldn’t get my money back, they went to some weird online card that I can’t use. Absolutely stupid service.
Easy, fast, and simple
I recently needed to return an item and opted for Reshop. The process with straight forward and easy. I immediately received a Visa card and added it to my apple wallet. I’d definitely use this app again if I need to make a return at a company that offers it.
I recommend Reshop to all my friends and family
Reshop is an Amazing idea. I have been using Reshop service for a few months. I shop a lot online, and also return quite a few. Reshop lets me request to return, and get refunded immediately. Reshop gives me a few days (7 days I believe) to ship the products back the retailers. Then it is Done!!! How cool it is!! Worry free! I don't need to track when the retailers receive the items and issue the refunds to me. It was a big headache as I often lost the track with the retailers directly until Reshop is available. Another good thing is Reshop provides me the different options, depending on how soon I need the funds back.
The experience with Reshop is very smooth. If I have a question, I just contacted their customer service, who are very helpful and responsive. A lady whose name is Hillary, and she is the best!
I wish more retailers work with Reshop, PLEASE!!! Reshop made it much easier for me to decide buying from the retailer.

Game-Changer for Returns!
Reshop makes the return process unbelievably fast and stress-free. I got my refund instantly—no waiting days for it to hit my account. Immediate returns, finally!
Found this app while shopping with Alo. I was returning an item and an instant refund was offered. I wanted to check out how it works and boy, what a great idea! I so, so hate waiting for the money to come back to my back account. But reshop app gives you the money right away, to your debit card, i think they also offer bank accnt refund , and /or reshop card which basically works like a credit card that you can then use towards any purchase. You can also move money from reshop card to bank accnt which is great! Anyway, ladies give it a try! It’s changes your shopping experience.

The Reshop app helped me get my refund fast. Didn’t have to wait weeks like I typically do with regular returns. The app is really easy to use and I like how I can track multiple returns refunds with the tracking in one place. Easy to use, get my money back fast, great experience

This entire app and company is absolutely horrible to work with. Been trying for weeks to get a refund. The company I made my purchase with “teams” with this company to get a refund. I’ve already sent the merchandise back and the company states the refund was sent to Reshop. Reshop refuses to issue the refund and I get no help from any entity to obtain this refund. Horrible customer service!

Crazy that companies like Alo only administer refunds through third parties.
You cannot receive your refund without submitting your routing number and bank account numbers, a valid credit card, your legal address, your email, your birthday, and your phone number. I repeat, the money that should have been charged back the moment your return was received is withheld by a third party unless you hand over every single piece of personal information.
The “gotcha” is the excruciating attempts to transfer your refund to a “reshop credit card.” Returning an item should not be this complicated and invasive. This company should not exist.
