Can’t log in
I created an account and then I can’t log in. I keep changing my password and still nothing. So far this app sucks!
Bug Report
I’m having usability issue when responding to comments. Textbox is at the bottom of the screen which I can access but the enter button is further than that and I can’t scroll pass it. Comment interface needs fixing so I can communicate in a timely responsive manner
Poorly designed
I moved from one community that uses this app into another which also uses this app, and this mobile app completely fails to sign me into the new community, keeps signing me into the old one.
There is almost no functionality in this app what the web version doesn’t already offer, I don’t understand why this app even exists and why communities want us to use it.

Broken on iOS
On a service request It is impossible for a user to leave a comment on iOS because the add comment button is hidden by the UI. This could be fixed very easily, please fix immediately!!!
No functionality
It won’t even let me sign in even after confirming my email three times. It just stays on the same page never proceeding even after I open the verification link sent to my email.
Just use the website online to do it rather than the app. It actually works.

Bug in submitting comments
When there is a service request opened with multiple comments, the “submit” button is hidden beneath the tab bar so when you try to respond to a comment, the button is hidden and you’re unable to actually submit the comment.
All of these apartment apps seem to have the worst user experience and bugs that never get fixed (lived at another property owned by a different company and their app was horrible as well)

Fix bug with comments please
For any service order, the apps zooms in when I type a comment and it’s soooo hard to click the button to reply and the page won’t scroll down and stay in position. It just jumps back up. Especially for a long threaded comment

Totally useless. I am forced to use this app because that’s what the new management of my complex decided to use—otherwise I would delete it. 😣
I can’t even log in
This app just straight up doesn’t work at all. I can’t get it to send me a code to log in or do literally anything. Can’t believe this was even able to be published.

Can’t even use the app. Can’t log into the app despite being able to log in on web browser. So stupid. Literally useless app, have to use the web browser. Would give zero stars if i could.
The UI is very buggy
The UI often has weird zoom levels that don’t let you zoom out to actually be able to click the buttons to leave comments or send requests. Why an app like this is even zooming in and out is beyond me. Very weird

This is extremely annoying, as many have pointed out. It keeps zooming in and out, and when I open a request, and a community member responds with a question, I CANT COMMENT BACK BECAUSE THAT DAMN BUTTON IS BLOCKED BY THE KEYBOARD OR THE SCREEN ZOOMS IN. FIX THIS NOW.

App doesn’t allow me to login
The app keeps sending me a loop of confirming phone numbers and email then keeps erroring out. So frustrating.

The app sucks and the website is no better all around -3 stars.
Worst app
As others have stated, I can’t leave a reply because the keyboard covers the send comment button. I’m going to tell my landlord to choose another app - I noticed the last update was three years ago so doubt they would fix this. An AI could vibe code a better app than this. Thanks for wasting my time.

Can’t respond to inquiries on app
The app has some type of issue where the display doesn’t allow me to view “add comment” option when responding back. After typing a message the page formatting gets super large to where I have to minimize it, but even after that it will not allow me to scroll down to add the comment.
App is very outdated
Please add the ability to upload existing photos. Not just take a picture.
Awful app
This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Buggy, glitchy, interface is terrible. I’ve been asking our community manager to switch off this app.
