The Best Boutique!
This boutique is too notch! They have a large selection with regular new releases and sizes from small through 3xl. Shipping is incredible fast and their response time to messages and knowing James and Erica handle everything personally is amazing. Will be a shopper of RTS for life!
Horrible experience
I do NOT recommend you buy from this company! I am a teacher and a careful shopper. I purchased a pair of jeans from RTS and upon arrival, they were too big. I immediately applied for an exchange and was told to send them back with the tags. Since it was Christmas time and life was chaotic I misplaced the tags but only needed an exchange for a smaller size. I made that clear when I returned the jeans and paid $15 to ship them back to RTS, I did not expect a refund just an exchange. RTS denied my request just because I didn’t have the original tag. And told me I should be happy they returned the original jeans and did not make me pay for the return shipping! Outrageous! So now I’m out $95 for a pair of jeans that I cannot wear all because of a tag when the jeans were obviously unused. This is ridiculous. Any store that I have ever bought jeans at has always allowed for an exchange as long as you have the receipt and it is returned quickly. This business is a scam! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a very clear policy requiring all denim to be sent back with tags attached in order to ensure the item is unworn and to maintain the limited manufacturer warranty. You did mark that your jeans had the tags attached when you were given an RA number to return them, however that wasn’t the case upon receipt. The jeans cost $64 and they were returned to you at our expense to avoid having to charge you additional shipping fees. Please note that requiring merchandise to be returned with tags is completely within industry standards and gives our customers assurance that we are always selling brand new, perfect condition clothing.
Awesome Customer Service
You always hope to not need to contact the vendor after ordering something, but if you do, you pray the customer service is good. And RTS’ customer service is outstanding! I was new to ordering from RTS and didn’t know what to expect. Not only did my initial order arrive timely, but when I did need to reach out, James was super prompt, beyond polite, and made sure I was a happy camper. I WAS a happy camper! I would totally recommend RTS!

This dynamic husband/wife duo are fun & witty down to earth Minnesotans who run a boutique from their shop & home. They know their customers well and can get to know you also as they are often able to suggest sizing adjustments based on the person. They also carry clothing that looks great on all women! Throughout the year they pull in items to include guys and kids as well! They fundraise and support businesses that give back to great causes. They also do their business to support local businesses (many in Mn but also several in other states here in the USA). Over the years they have helped me build my confidence in what I wear and grow to like so many new things. I am wearing clothes I would have never thought I could wear thanks to Erica & James!

Very Nice People
I have been shopping with RTS for a few months now and I love it. They are very nice friendly people and care about others. Their customer service is AMAZING they are always willing to help and are on top of things right away. They have something for everyone and I love the fact that they sell Plus Sizes so many boutiques are only S-L which doesn’t accommodate everyone. I love this boutique and plan to continue shopping with them for a very long time. Their shop is AMAZING they are all so down to earth and family friendly. GO SHOP RTS YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!!!
