Do not trust
They took my $60 and referred me to a pool that had an algae bloom and smelled putrid. They did not respond to my many requests for a refund. Never used the pass.

This is the 1st- time trying this App. Which is great. BUT! I booked a Pool Day last month, 1st time booking. I PAID for a Pool- Day when I booked it. I checked my account, this AM- RESORT- PASS Took the SAME amount of money, I paid for last month. Come on NOW! Get it together guys!!!!
Horrible company policy
Beware if you need to cancel. The link directly from my reservation to the cancellation policy published on their site stated that the day pass needed to be cancelled by 11:59 the evening before. I attempted to cancel before that published time and they would not honor, saying that the property the reservation was with had a different cancellation deadline of 10am. I contacted customer service showing the screenshot if where the link took me and they would not honor. They admitted that their published policy could cause confusion and even though I attempted to cancel only minutes after 10am resortpass to no accountability and would not work with me. I will never trust a company with such terrible customer service and the inability to admit provable fault

I’ve done reviews and participated in promotional offers for coupons and two times they have not worked.

Go in person to the place and book from there, 9 out of 10 times you’ll save up $30 to $100 in miami.
