Tech problems
I have used ResortPass many times and always had a great experience. This weekend I’m having repeat tech issues with the app. It will not let me reset my password. It will not allow me to login and there is no way to contact anyone for assistance.

Horrible Experience. Zero Support.
I used resort pass to book a day room, that the hotel refused to honor. There was no one available at the "7 day a week" customer service - just an email saying they would try to prioritize support, but it could take up to 1 day. Ruined my birthday. Absolutely will never use this service again.
Do not trust
They took my $60 and referred me to a pool that had an algae bloom and smelled putrid. They did not respond to my many requests for a refund. Never used the pass.

This is the 1st- time trying this App. Which is great. BUT! I booked a Pool Day last month, 1st time booking. I PAID for a Pool- Day when I booked it. I checked my account, this AM- RESORT- PASS Took the SAME amount of money, I paid for last month. Come on NOW! Get it together guys!!!!
Horrible company policy
Beware if you need to cancel. The link directly from my reservation to the cancellation policy published on their site stated that the day pass needed to be cancelled by 11:59 the evening before. I attempted to cancel before that published time and they would not honor, saying that the property the reservation was with had a different cancellation deadline of 10am. I contacted customer service showing the screenshot if where the link took me and they would not honor. They admitted that their published policy could cause confusion and even though I attempted to cancel only minutes after 10am resortpass to no accountability and would not work with me. I will never trust a company with such terrible customer service and the inability to admit provable fault

Go in person to the place and book from there, 9 out of 10 times you’ll save up $30 to $100 in miami.

Convenient app to pool hop with some perks like towels, showers, and even some complimentary snacks depending on the hotel. Can reserve and cancel night before if you change your mind. 👍👍

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Reservé un day pass porque las fotos y la descripción mostraban una playa hermosa y apta para disfrutar. Sin embargo, al llegar encontré la playa en pésimas condiciones, completamente llena de algas, hasta el punto de que era imposible bañarse o disfrutar del lugar.
Había reservado específicamente una cama en la playa y terminé yéndome poco después de llegar porque la experiencia no se parecía en nada a lo que se anunciaba. Hablé con el personal y con el gerente del hotel, pero me indicaron que cualquier reclamación debía hacerse directamente con la aplicación.
Considero que tanto el hotel como la aplicación deberían informar claramente sobre las condiciones reales de la playa antes de que los clientes reserven. Me sentí engañado por la publicidad y no recomendaría esta experiencia.

Going in circles trying to log in…. Put in my email address and the password that was saved was not working for some reason. Then I had to try to login with Facebook and that didn’t work then I tried to do Face ID etc. etc. what a pain.
