it because keyboard stays covering the verify button 🙈🙈
2 years still full of bugs
I dont understand how a major brand and casino can have a garbage app that is still full of bugs after 2 years. Still the same glitches where you try to book in the app, it takes you to a web page you click sign in and it takes you back to app an endless loop. The most annoying app. I’d rather stay anywhere else because of how infuriating this app is still after 2 years of TRYING to use it. Same garbage. Using the calendar is also a joke with the sliding red date selector having a mind of its own

This application has to be the worse App on the market for hotels. It’s constantly crashing and glitching. It’s been like this for 2 years. Save the memory on your phone and don’t download it. Customer service is blindsided by all of this and acts they have no idea that’s is troublesome
It’s as Bad as They Say
Yep. This is the first one star app I’ve seen in a while. Just amazingly embarrassing for a property / company that is basically brand new.
The interface is nuts, the information is borderline useless, the cashless gaming function just straight up errored out several times before I quit- also, after I’ve entered my SSN for the record. Really soured what had been a decent stay. Between the high limits, isolated casino, and this - think I’ll go elsewhere next trip

Terrible app to sign up for rewards through
I was able to upload the images to sign up for the rewards but the app is pre populated with incorrect first name and last name and zip code is blank but the field is uneditable.
This app blows
This person who created this app should be fired
Wrong rewards account linked and no where to change on the app
Title speaks for itself but very limited usage and no where to correct account issues.
Maybe a scam
I feel like this app is a scam. I scanned my ID like I had to when creating account. Also had my phone save password but now I can’t log in because there is no password reset and the password did not save to my phone. So basically can’t log in at all. Great job guys.
Absolute Trash
Downloaded the app to take advantage of the cashless option since I deposited all of my cash in the bank before coming here. It tells you that the info (that I never provided) doesn’t match the info that I “provided”, so it takes you to a screen to verify your identity and it’s blank questions and answers, then it freezes. The help desk is closed and the other employee basically says that well there’s an issue with the app. No help at all.

It’s the most useless app. I live in Vegas and I love having staycations at RW but it’s impossible to book a room through this app. Never once it allowed me to book a room using my local promotions. It’s not functional. It’s only good for checking your points. That’s it. It’s a shame.
Update: a few years have past. Same results, same bugs, can’t book a room through this app, can’t use my local offers. Great job yet again!
