What is it supposed to do?
Diligently followed all instructions for zero result. The room at Penang airport was full of these completely empty massage chairs because nobody could get the app to work. When I tried WhatsApp, I got a reply saying they would get back to me in 4-7 days! What a joke.
Discomfort capitalism
On a long layover. Saw a bunch empty. Thought this might be worth a distraction. Downloaded app. Created login. Was waiting in chair for confirmation email. Maybe 2 min and the chair got aggressive with me. Intentionally pushed me out. Talking about a crummy model. At least no one is using them. They’ll never see a dime from me. Still haven’t gotten the confirmation email either.

Impossible to use
Long, arduous sign up/register process, followed by a similar painful payment process to credit your account, the final pain metered out to unfortunate victims is configuring how to convert your credit to the machine which I found impossible, 50 MYR down the drain
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work for foreigners it seems which is ironic given the business is at airports. Tried different emails and never got the confirmation
Waste of time
Can’t even get the verification email to come across to create an account 🤦🏻♂️
