A business that doesn’t want your money. This is THE WORST app experience I’ve ever had. Took me 30 minutes to pay for a 15 minute massage and I really wanted a 40 minute massage but I couldn’t pay for that option because I would have had to pay for a 60 minute massage. Awful!!!! Makes you stressed before you even get your massage. You also get told to get out of the chair while trying to pay for the service. Awful

Tried to register so many ways but it never sends the emails ….. trying to use this app creates so much frustration and you can’t even get a massage to relive the stress

Unethical company just stealing money with non working machines and useless app. Be warned they are just thieves.

So on the chair it says you can use cash but have to download the app. Once you download the app you have to put in credits. For travellers who don’t have a foreign account it’s hopeless. Why can’t we use our cash. Seems like the chair is a pointless feature in the airports

Followed instructions to transfer money to their bank for credit, took my money and received no credits. No reply from customer service
What is it supposed to do?
Diligently followed all instructions for zero result. The room at Penang airport was full of these completely empty massage chairs because nobody could get the app to work. When I tried WhatsApp, I got a reply saying they would get back to me in 4-7 days! What a joke.
Discomfort capitalism
On a long layover. Saw a bunch empty. Thought this might be worth a distraction. Downloaded app. Created login. Was waiting in chair for confirmation email. Maybe 2 min and the chair got aggressive with me. Intentionally pushed me out. Talking about a crummy model. At least no one is using them. They’ll never see a dime from me. Still haven’t gotten the confirmation email either.

Impossible to use
Long, arduous sign up/register process, followed by a similar painful payment process to credit your account, the final pain metered out to unfortunate victims is configuring how to convert your credit to the machine which I found impossible, 50 MYR down the drain

Doesn’t work for foreigners it seems which is ironic given the business is at airports. Tried different emails and never got the confirmation

Chronic Usability Issue
I do NOT recommend this app to Apple users. Had to re-register multiple times and even applied as a member with the same email again and again but to no avail. The app mentioned a verification email but no email was sent, no matter how many times I logged in. Totally unreliable, even when I contacted customer service. Such a turn off just when I was looking for a machine to relax, but was met with this joke of an app. Do better please. To be honest it does not even deserve 1 star at all.

Even after writing to support twice, I still didn't receive a reply.
The app is available in Vietnam. There are massage chairs in Da Nang, but no packages can be booked. I bought credit via Malaysia because I thought it could then be redeemed anywhere in the world. That's not the case.
It's like only being allowed to listen to Spotify in the country where you buy it.
Rest N Go did not transfer the credit from Malaysia to Vietnam.

Endless loops to verify account but for top-up system is very quick. Just lore people to top-up and don’t serve a service
