Great Service and location
Love the staff at Restore Hyper Wellness… Momma Leslie Ann knows how to keep things running and is great advertisement of how well the supplements work. If she does not know the answer she will find out and let you know. She knows how to make the customers happy and is the backbone of the Saint Petersburg, FL Restore Hyper Wellness. So convenient and I found the NR is a great way to get your body restored rapidly…so many health amenities and the staff will pamper you.

Worthless Without Honesty
The App functionality is only ok if the services match it. Unfortunately the franchise owner at Seminole FL manipulates it. Deleting credits & appointments without cause. Unethical crooked business practices combined with poor service makes the APP worthless.
Needs work
I like that I can book in the app and it gives me a heads up when credits are about to expire. That’s it. Everything else needs work. It doesn’t show you how many credits are needed for different services or if you’ll need to pay out of pocket so it’s always a guessing game. I used to be able to click a button and a scheduled appointment would be added to my calendar but that stopped working. This is all really frustrating because using the app is more convenient than calling but I feel like I have to call to understand what it’ll cost me.

App is Useless
Over the last week, this app has changed on my end to be completely useless and frustrating. Previously, I was able to see the total number of credits I had for the month, remaining, and what & when excess were going to expire. This no longer shows which makes planning my appointments difficult. Also, the home location of your store does not lock in. If you go back to book more appointments or want to look at other services, you need to pick your location again, and again, and again. This was convenient and basically user friendly. There was no amazing thrills of the app. It didn’t even tell you how many points a service was - it’s always a guessing game which I think is extremely deceiving to the consumer. Whatever you updated - you made changes that made this app pointless.

Not User Friendly
I got 2 accounts created for me, and now can’t log in, but have to create an account. Besides that the Restore I go to took 3 sessions from me and didn’t want to reimburse me for it. The credits and overall system is hard to understand.

Not great app
I’m a new user and found this hard and frustrating to use. It’s hard to browse all the different types of appointments and services because I have to click the location every single time before being able to browse and choose services. Users should be able to set a home location (but change it at any time in the booking flow if necessary/change in settings) to remove that repetitive step. There’s some strange sheet behavior and tabs that are hiding important information. Needs a ux revamp.

Shaking and not tracking points
Content is shaking up and down and it’s not showing/tracking my Core points as I use them. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with the same result.

So, yesterday I got married and I already knew I would be hungover. I booked this for my husband and I for the day after because we wanted to treat ourselves.
I can absolutely tell a difference! Walked in feeling like death and walked out feeling so much better! We did an IV drip session and pretty much got every single ingredient offered. It was worth it.
I want to give a huge shout out to Sophia! My husband has amazing veins, I do NOT. Usually when I get blood drawn they have to go in my hand. The last time I had a procedure done, the anesthesiologist had to come in and give me a femoral IV in my groin!
She was so careful with me, so gentle, so reassuring and managed to find a vein in my arm. She really took the time to do it right. I was shocked! As long as she’s there I will without a doubt be coming back.

App is a joke
Cannot take a company seriously who has an app that is this bad. If you’re into science and technology, as a “wellness” company should be, you know how to build an app. Their onboarding is a disaster - does not work with 1Passord or any autofill - and then their app doesn’t tell you, for example, what types of IVs they offer (you don’t get any choices), how long services will take, or even what services will cost! What a waste of time.

This App is Amazing!!!
It’s so easy to use and it makes booking appointments so much easier! I can manage my account super easily, too! I 100% recommend this app, it is such a lifesaver.
Total Transparency!
I LOVE that this app can show me how many credits I have with my Restore membership!!! It’s been a Godsend to make it easy to book as well. The store I go to can get so busy their phones aren’t available so this makes my life so much easier! Thanks to whoever made this app

I got this app because Leslie-ann at Restore in UTC recommended it. She's hooked me on all the amenities at Restore, so I trusted her on the app too! The app is great for scheduling and planning easy, but the real star is Leslie-ann. Can't wait to go back to Restore so I can be met with her enthusiastic personality and her endless hospitality. I know I sound like a Restore advertisement, but truly Restore has shifted my health and wellness to a whole new level, all thanks to Leslie-ann Oshea, who brought me in for my first cryo and has been good to me ever since.

This is so much better than the old one. Not sure what changed but this one actually works! Can finally book appointments and the interface is very clean. Works well!
