Incorrect and missing cords
Purchased a Nintendo 64 and was very excited about it as I’ve wanted to relive the glory days a little bit. But the AV cable came with RCA connectors on both sides so I can’t even plug it into the console. In addition the power supply cord was from NTSC region (rectangle port) while console is from PAL region (D shaped port). Now I need to spend even more money to hopefully get it all working together.

Messager in the app
I would love to message the owner just to see if I could get a soul silver I trust him by just watching his YouTube videos but I really don’t want to be ripped off I want a fair price. And a way to communicate with someone from the store on the app would be really cool.
Needs more Photos
I like the TikTok’s this guys posts but as for the buying from the website I am hesitant. The video games don’t let you know if it’s cib or loose copies and there’s no photos to verify if it’s cib or disk/cart only. There’s no photos of the physical item they’re selling just a google image which is fine for most stuff but for items that are hundreds of dollars it would be nice to have a photo of what you’re buying

Trouble handling success?
I love the YouTube content, and thought I would try out this seemingly reputable dealer as the store seems quite popular. Just called to check on an order placed last week as (2) separate emails went unanswered. Young lady stated she is currently 200 online orders behind and not to expect any tracking or shipment info for at least 3-4 more days. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if the communication were better, however the only communication is the cryptic bot messages saying Jake doesn’t have admin access, but still plugging the 15% discount. Hope to hear something concrete soon.

Good But…
The app itself is great but the fact that the inventory in the app isn’t anywhere as extensive as the inventory I see in the shorts on YouTube is sad. I’ve seen so many things that I would love to buy but can’t since I live nowhere near the store. Hopefully one day the inventory will be as extensive.

My honest opinion
I’m new to retro game sellers so take what I’m saying with a pinch of salt but I love the app it has almost everything I want. The only thing I wish it had was a personal request(commission) option in the app where you would spend more to get what you wanted if it isn’t available but other than that whoever designed the app deserves a raise

This app sends too many notifications! It’s non stop and way too much as much as I love Jacob this app has to go! It takes his good name and makes it just clickbait trash!
