Best shop app on the market
This is the best clientele booking app/ database I’ve ever used. Super in depth with options and does exactly what you need! Keeps everything nicely organized so getting the info you need for clients and up coming appointments is super easy.
Very convenient and efficient app for release forms and so much more
This app is awesome to handle your paperwork needs and keep track of a lot of useful notes and info for different client sessions. Being able to note which inks were used for each different session is incredibly helpful. The ID and release form portion is very easy for clients to use and it’s all stored in the cloud and streamlined so it’s very easy to find if needed.

New cloud update is awesome
I can’t say enough about this app it has made things so much easier for me in my shop. The workflow is smooth. Easy to find clients and services. Period.It allows me to present a very professional experience for my customers
New update is outstanding!
I have been using Rev23 since 2016, the desktop version until 2024, then on the iPad and still using it. This new version feels so much more like the desktop version and the workflow is incredibly intuitive and smooth. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
Makes my life easier
I have been using Rev23’s iPad app since it’s inception. I had been using the desktop app since opening my first shop in 2016. Anytime I have ever had an issue which has always been user error, Nate has been very quick to help me get things solved. This is so much better for me than paper consent forms. I can look through old clients and services without having a dig through miles of paperwork.

No PDF or Printable option for health department
Hopefully your health department doesn’t need to see a printed out release form. There is no option here for that, no PDF form option. In business too long to not put this in a release form app.

Hello! Actually, there are PDFs! We've been in the tattoo industry for 15 years, so trust we know what we're doing here :) When a client signs a form a session is created. This is where you can make any updates such as adding pigment or any other information you need to record. You can end the session (which will generate the PDF form immediately and also email it to the client) or it will automatically generate after 7 days of no action. You can find the PDF in Release Forms from the menu. Please give it a try and consider updating your review :) Or reach out to us at support if you have other questions!
Convenient!
We really like how the app pulls a lot of info from client’s IDs directly onto the form. Makes things less tedious in general and also a lot easier for some tech illiterate folks as well.

Ease of mind, simple to use.
I love using this program with my clients. It’s super easy to maneuver as an artist and my clients also have had nothing but positive remarks. I love that I don’t have to worry about storing papers for years on end and this keeps it all organized and safe. Also, having the feature to add notes including information about inks/needles used is life changing. No more ‘guessing’ what was used for an ongoing project.

Better than the rest
This app is fully thought out for our specific industry. It has release forms, client records, client history and inventory all in one app. Best part is that clients can fill out release forms before they even strep through the door which frees up more time.
What I’ve been waiting for!
I’ve tried all of the release form apps for PMU and this is easily the best! Clearly made for our industry and not some generic thing like the others!
My favorite consent form app
This app has everything I need outside of scheduling and taking payments! The consent forms are very smooth, especially when having to sign in a minor. It automatically sees the age after scanning the id, then sets you up with the minor consent form. And you only need to scan the id once! The leads are also great, to quickly get information from a potential client, and add them to a waitlist.
